OMG thank you!!!! You have helped me and have given me outstanding knowledge when it comes to texting! My son's baby mama filed a harassment protective of order in Las Vegas township Court and printed out all the exchanged words we had and these are texts messages she initiated first and now is twisting is twisting it up on me saying I'm harassing her when I was replying to her in which there is a copy of me saying that to her and then you can clearly tell she removed her messages and only left mine. Anyways thank You so much I feel better knowing this information
Near the beginning you say that obscene electronic communication is harassment, but in the middle you say that repeated electronic communication is not harassment because they can block it. These two seem to contradict one another. What if you are name-calling someone over repeated texts? Harassment...........or not because they can just block it?
My ex husband filed fake harassment charges against me. And he filed the paperwork to drop the charges but the charges hasn't been dropped which they should be.
My ex girlfriend filed a civil suit against me claiming criminal harrassment and stalking, when all I did was happened to click on her Spotify while we were still together and saw her playlists for guys she cheated with. She actually texted me pictures she took of my phone that she stole and broke into while I was asleep. The pictures were old conversations with several women I had talked to right before I broke up with her the 2nd time. 2 of the pictures she sent me contained a picture of a woman's vagina she sent me. Neither me, or any of those women consented or were aware she recorded those conversations. Neither me or the woman that sent me her vagina consented to or were made aware she took those pics or kept them. She has kept them for OVER A YEAR. Her going in my phone was a felony, her recording my conversations were felonies, and her transmitting that woman's vagina is felony revenge porn. Yet, I'm the asshole here somehow?
