I got stopped while I had a bottle my brother had left in the back seat. I didn’t know the bottle was there until the officer told me who’s it was. I had just dropped off my brother at Down town and I thought he took it with him. I have no drivers license so they put that on my ticket too. I was dropping off my brother since he was gonna drink basically I was his designated driver
How’d it go for you man, I got an MIP in the same day I got another ticket, but I passed the sobriety test and was cleared perfectly. I aswell don’t have my license but what did you do that helped you out or did it not help you?..
@@juvygotbandx yeah, since it was my first offense and my mom knew my judge, the guy was nice enough to help me get the charges off my record, but I had to pay around $150 in fees and take 2 courses. An AA online class for my MIP, Driving safety for my speeding then a 3 page essay then I think it was 6-8 hours of community service with 2 months probation. Now currently, I have everything off my record (I’m pretty sure) and I’m good.
If I have already been convicted of a minor in possession in Texas around 5-6 months ago. Is there still a way I can get it expunged off my record before turning 21?
