Our arguments are valid but our aim is off. We’ve made a mistake in fact and have been coerced into contract under fraudulent pretense. If there was a birth certificate filed for rights were waived. Go look up the affidavit of parentage and really read it. This is what has to be attacked first before any other arguments. That’s why they ignore us because of that affidavit. This is extortion. It's also illegal to seize any property ( your wages are considered your property) without a warrant signed by a sitting judge. No judge should sign that warrant bc it's a conflict of interest considering, all title IV-D child support money received from both the fed and the states actions go directly in the state treasury and all judges, cops and state employees are paid through the state treasury thus constituting a conflict of interest for all parties involved in the establishment, enforcement and collections or personal property aka money earned from employment. Where does your case stand at this time? I submitted a Petition in January of 2020, challenging their jurisdiction, they never allowed me a hearing nor did they write a final order, but they refuse to dismiss the case. The judge said in her writing for me to file an appeal, I can't because there was no final order.

I've never been to jail & CS wants to put me there & take away my freedoms. What if to stay in honor is to pay? Since all FDR Notes are just promissory notes, why not just pay by sending the paperwork back accept for value and let that be the payment... since everything is commercial we are consumers, let it be paid through united states code?
If you want to pay, do it. No one will stop you. But to use that arguement about ‘promissory notes and accepted for value’ will get you laughed out of court and into a jail cell.

When the judge says there is a valid order, is there an Order signed by an actual judge? My case lacks the signature of any judge. A magistrate signed a stipulated Order and she did admit in a hearing on May 11, 2018 that I never agreed to child support enforcement and she also stated that she is not a judge has no oath on file and has no jurisdiction to make anyone pay through the child support agency, but child support agency claims they have a court order.

Under IV-D, an obligor is the person who is performing a contractual obligation to an obligee, which is the person in favor of whom said obligation to pay money is "contracted". The logical question to the 45 C.F.R. § 75.2 IV-D contractors i.e. the court and the prosecutor is to provide him with the identity of the obligee and to provide him with certified true copy of a signed contractual obligation in favor of said obligee. It is one sided. They are not interested in anything else, it's a contract where dad is expected to perform, but the mother does not have to perform any obligations on her end.

I'm stuck it seems with child support payments yet no visitation rights for the last 5 years this September ... I haven't moved forward with this only because I'm fearing it would backfire on me and go to jail for non payment of child support even though I had my drivers license suspended and not being able to find work lacking my CDL license ...
