Not even just that, supercell decided to raise the levels so that the people who had maxed decks had to uses 800k gold to upgrade their entire deck again. Also balance changes can break your deck so play something that won’t get nerfed

As long as you don’t depend on broken cards, you’ll be fine for the most part when it comes to future balance changes. Top ladder players will tell you which cards are broken and if you suddenly decide you’re gonna start upgrading that specific card to take advantage, just keep in mind that the game will eventually look to nerf it down a bit.

I keep change decks but it does not work. All cards are created equally and it does not matter what deck substitutes you make. 👍

i wish y’all made videos showing the 6000-6600 range, where cards are maxed and facing max opponents. because people aren’t only running meta decks it’s a confusing range and something i haven’t been able to get past. i would love to see a video in that range later in the season.

i started in feb of this year and have recently gotten stuck for the first time at 5400 playing hog eq (all cards level 12+) so i have been looking for a new deck to run, and ive decided on a bait deck. this video is amazing for me bc it happened to come out right when im about to switch decks, thank you for all of your advice and tutorials they mean a ton.

Good choice, logbait is really good in midladder with the inferno. Though it's a nightmare to get your goblin barrel to the tower sometimes if it's not maxed out because of the overleveled zaps

I think I've played against you once. I run a wallbreakers miner deck, and went against someone who ran this exact deck, with what I noticed was very underlevelled cards. I won but I applauded the entire game though, your plays are crazy man, I've never seen someone use princess to activate tower 😂

I just can’t seem to get through all the golem night witch decks at 6400. I’m playing. Mortar, cannon cart, skeleton king, minion horde, miner, skarmy, dart goblin, arrows. Any suggestions? (Most of the deck is maxed)

I think its good to make series road to 6k thropy in mid ladder Ofc you can upgrade card but still underleveled lvl 11/12 maybe cus when we hit 5.500 or more many opponent have all max card

I'm a LavaLoon player in midladder and it is impossible to pass MidLadder with LavaLoon because everyone has witch or wizard or minion horde . These cards are not used in top ladder so it is easier to play in top ladder with LavaLoon :D

lvl 14 goblin barrel is so annoying because if your king tower is anything less than 14 it's 3 shots to kill a goblin so missing even one goblin is 500 damage

Hey Ian77 can you give me some advice? I don't know if i should post this here or maybe ask for discord. I've been playing for a little over 6 years now; on and off. Previous seasons many years ago my PR was around 6100. After juggling quittting and playing I have a new PR of nearly 6,350... Not really impressive but im wondering what i can do to be better? I've been playing with the same deck since I made it in highschool. Knight, Ice spirit, Goblin gang, tesla ,goblin barrel, rocket, log and princess al maxed. this is my version of the barrel/rocket cycle i made years ago for sudden death. It worked in ladder for me as well but I'm still struggling getting 64xx+... Any tips or advice would much be appreciated... I do have other cards maxed and willing to change my play style. I enjoy the game now more then i ever did.

Both aren't really lvl dependent I'm pretty sure if you have a lvl 12 log it'll kill everything a lvl 14 can, only reason to upgrade to lvl 14 is for purely chip damage, princess has a similar story but is used for chip more often than log so I think maxing out princess first is the better choice.

I feel you so much bro, i am also a mid-ladder player with the same trophies as you. I literally have level 9 king and all my cards are level 10 or less and still i face all the opponents with card level above or the same as level 13... The matchmaking is so annoying for players like us (having lower card levels). I started my speedrun from arena 1 and in 3 weeks i have reached legendary arena leagues but i am not able to push harder due to over leveled opponents... I feel you for sure 💀 Edit : I wish I could have a best of 3 or something like that matchup with you someday... I would be so happy if i get a chance
