Legally the contract is already void, it's against the law to create a contract that involves any illegal activity and murder is obviously illegal. There's no loophole where you can commit crimes just by getting someone to sign a contract. In most places there are also laws against "unfair terms" in contracts for things that are technically not illegal but would not be expected under any normal circumstances, so like if you agree to the terms of an app and in it they say "you have to give us all the money you own" that would be illegal.

Deleting an app doesnt actually delete it, it kinda just pushes it to the back and lets the device save over top of it, once its been overwritten, then yes its gone. I used to wipe hard drives like this, format them, then copy paste a 1mb file untill the drive is mb for mb full, then format again

Ok, this is actually a real app. Flashes your phone’s flashlight, and even allows you to make your smart lights flicker if you have Apple’s HomeKit. Really adds to the horrifying experience, I’d imagine.

And people laugh at me for still having a flip phone. You're not downloading your death app on my phone.

If I know for sure death was coming, I’ll settle my financials so any dependents I may have will be taken care of, then go into an open field with no one nearby and find peace before the end.
