This is basically violence jack.The area the story takes place in is hit by an earthquake and no help can come.The main charachter is a monster that uses a machete to chop his enemies into pieces and protects the weak.

At 4:00 it reminded me of that machiavelli quote "if an injury has to be done to a man it should be so severe that his vengeance need not be feared". I feel like if this quote works well in any situation it would most definitely be the apocalypse where raiders come to constantly raid you. You kill the raiders and establish you are capable of killing, will defend your people and you should not be crossed. They already have their affection this would just seal it.

I firmly believe there is a balance when it comes to human-animal hybrids characters. If you are basically a regular guy with superpowers, cool. Likewise if you are like a Minotaur or werewolf or giant lizard (and look badass) also cool. If you are in between, it is just an abomination. It is one of the other.

I don't think you understand just how much worse than death this is for humanity. I couldn't be a part of that. The worst part is that this world could end up like that any day. If any world leader decided he doesn't want to play anymore, and fires off all of his nuclear devices at everyone, the result would make this movie's world look like paradise.

Wait wait, what's the downside of being a lizard human? It doesn't seem like it makes you lose intelligence. It doesn't seem like you need constant care either (the whole point of being lizard people is that they require less resource to live). And you clearly have healing factor. I don't see any downsides so far. Am I missing something?

@@YurinanAcquiline First, beauty (and therefore ugly) is subjective. It's about the relativity, which means, if all other "normal" humans die off in due time, only lizard humans will remain, and then the standard of beauty will change. That's how humans evolved (we humans looked very similar to monkeys, remember?). Second, I don't think they make you ugly. It clearly didn't for most lizard people.
