DGCA EXAMS CLASS 1 MEDICALS 200 hrs flight training is required in order to issue CPL regardless of the place of pilot training. So the answer is Yes. You do need DGCA exams.

Please check out latest video on my channel. It should answer your first question. There are no such entrance exams except for medicals and certain documentation.
Hey mam , I want to ask something that I have got facture 2 time in my same hand So, can I pass the medical test Pls reply because this is the biggest issue I am facing as my parents and relatives said that because of this facture I will not be able to clear the medical test And Thanks u for sach a legit video And Thanks u in advance for your reply
Hey Hardik, If your mobility is not limited after recovery, It shouldn’t be a problem. But still, Consult a DGCA medical examiner. As you get you class 2 / class 1 medical, it’s certain that you are medically fit for pilot career.
Mam thankyou for this wonderful video but mam I really want to ask what to do after 12th exam for pilot prepration like we have to prepare for exam firstly like similarly for jee mains examination or anything else
I mean when we have to prepare for IIT firstly we have to prepare for jee mains for 2yr and the we have to apply. So is that similar for pilot prepration
You need to give the DGCA exams after 12th class. To prepare for the DGCA exams you can take coaching by taking ground classes/preparation course where you study the theory subjects. DGCA exams are: - Air Regulations - Aviation Meteorology - Air Navigation - Technical General - Technical Specific and you also need to take the RTR exam (Radio Telephony Restricted)
Thank you captain for guidance I have one doubt I am studying 12th grade after completing my grade , I want to be pilot in Florida so Should I write the DGCA exam
If you've started your B.Tech then finish it. And finish it well. With great results. Once you're done with that, yes you can surely start your pilot training.
Hi mam, how much mark is required for maths and physics in the class of 12 to apply for the examination or Is there any average mark for that? Is there any issue with having visual difficulties or power problems ?
1.What is the minimum height requirement for the clearance of dgca class 1&2 medicals? 2.If we do pilot training in usa can we get job there ? 3.is graduation mandatory? 4.what is the backup plan if the person in future not fit for flying? Plz do reply mam . Your videos are very informative.Thank you
1. Preferably 5 foot 2 inches. But no such defined height requirement is mentioned. It varies depending upon airline to airline and aircraft to aircraft. 2. No. Unless you are a US citizen / permanent resident. 3. No. 4. Airline pilots can get FIP insurance as they get recruited. I hope that answers your questions. Thank you for the kind words. Glad that you find it helpful.

ok thank you ma'am for answering(is there any chance that if i am fit in other test , will i able to get passed in the test and i am lead a normal life) actually it my dream to become a pilot ma'am
So for commercial pilot -do we need to have any degree after class 12th? Or directly get prepared for DGCA and medical classes??? Please its my request do reply😄!
Madam, I am 43, is it ok to pursue a career in aviation now, should I start my çpl course, please help. because my present profession may become extinct in another 3 years.
Mohamed, I’m glad you asked. But in India, airlines recruit fresher CPL holders until age of 35 and 37 if type rated. And pilot training is expensive. So if your intention is to become an airline Pilot, at the age of 43, I don’t really recommend starting pilot training. For recreational pilots (Private Pilot) it’s not a problem. . Good luck Mohamed!!
