Real Estate exams won't bother you or be a problem if you work with someone like Mrs Catherina... She's God sent, she saved me from taking the test for the 3rd time
When I heard two weeks, I to rewind at least five times to make sure I heard you correctly. I’m in Texas. My program requires 180 hrs. I understand GA is different. I couldn’t wrap my head around two weeks 😂😂😂😂😂 they have plans to follow depending on how quickly you’d like to finish. I don’t think anyone should try to complete it in less than a month. (For Texas) and you’d have to dedicate 6 to 8 hr days if not more.

The courses listed on website say they have practice questions, i know your video is 2yrs old, did they not have practice questions then? The basic course has prep questions and all the other levels have a 100 page real estate exam prep e-book.

Thanks Car! It all depends on what state you're in but in Georgia you sign an agreement with a broker and then your journey as a real estate agent begins! My best advice to maximize your opportunities in real estate is all about lead generation and to nurture your leads until they become your client. If you can become the best at these two skills, you'll be unstoppable! I'll have a video on this probably this week so watch out for that video. Hope this helps! :)

yeh i purchased it and im also in california and its super unorganized. theres 3 courses but its just one long ass pdf. it would be nice if they would break it up in 3 sections. Also the app doesnt even work for me. i will keep reading but i may refund for another company. have you taken the test yet?
How can i get through Aceable agent course quicker.. it looks like each chapter takes around 3 to 5 hours !! Did the same questions at the end of each chapter showed up in final exam too ( in pre licensing course ) ? How many times can you take the final exam ? Do you suggest any practice books to do good on state exam ? Please reply. Thanks

Hey! I actually called up Aceable Agent & they have a separate devision from their Aceable Drivers Course. I think their business is pretty good when it comes to making sure their pre-licensing course is separate.

Hi Ashley, I’m not quite sure as I’m here in Georgia. I just looked it online and it says “Our California Real Estate course are PDFs and can be downloaded onto any device taken anywhere.” I’m guessing everything is just PDFs? Sorry if that’s not a definite answer but I honestly don’t know. What I know is that it’s 45 hours for the pre-course so you should be done in no time! Hey thinking about getting my realtors license. So there is a online proctored exam and after competing that I then need to go take the state exam in person?
@TVcameraop1 I’d have to say it’s a little different. There are sellers that worry a lot about the virus, especially if they have kids. Do to that, It’s a lot of digital marketing now a days more than doing open houses and meeting people. It’s a little crazy too cause interest rates are so low still and not enough inventory of home here in Georgia so if the property is a hot seller, there’s usually a bidding war, which is good I guess haha!
I'm confused as I bought the course and the app is completely useless. All it did was take me to a pdf to download, which I thought was just going to be used for reference... but nope, that 600 page book is the whole Principles course. No modules or sections on the app to go through and keep track, just a pdf to lull through each time I want to study. Such a ripoff!
Hi Jacqueline! The book that I bought and recommend to everyone is the "Real Estate License Exam Prep All-in-One Review and Testing to Pass Georgia’s AMP/PSI Real Estate Exam” Book. It's on Amazon or probably at your nearest bookstore! That book helped me pass my state exam, questions are pretty much the same format! Hope that helps! :)

Hey Elle!!! Nice where in Georgia do you live?? I had to take the state test 2 times. First time I failed and then the second time I passed. If your going with AceableAgent, finish the prelicensing course as soon as possible and buy the “Georgia Real Estate License Exam Prep All-in-One Review and Testing to Pass Georgia’s AMP/PSI Real Estate Exam” Book. Thanks Erik! Here in Georgia, 75 hours is required and took me 2 1/2 weeks to finish my pre-licensing course. It's totally doable if you do like 2-3 sections a day on Aceable Agent. Now it took me about 4 weeks to get licensed so all in all, I would say in Georgia, anyone can get their license in 1 month or less.
@@ewikjason3680 You got it, don't give up! I know Texas is one of the most competitive places to get your real estate license but don't give up cause the reward is so much better! Love this video but quick question I read somewhere about “fingerprinting” if you know what this means what is the process to get fingerprinted and should I get it done before taking the course/exam.
Hey Jaden! Huh, that's the first time I ever heard that, lol. Maybe in a different state? When I went through the process, I never had to get fingerprinted. All they asked was a criminal history report that had to be notarized. Hope that help!
In Ca ima have to get my fingerprints done, I’ve done them to get my car salesmen license and it’s not hard, just get the form and go to a ups store near yiu or search fingerprints in your maps to find a better spot

Hey Kelly, how's it going! I can't say for the Principles one but for Aceable Agent, the practice exam they provided us was really similar. If your provider has a practice exam, take it as many times as you can! Hope that helps!

@@kellybyrd9772 Oh I thought Principle was a different pre-licensing course, haha sorry. I wouldn't say its too difficult if you go through the practice test at least 6 times. Just make sure you know everything on the practice test. With that being said, don't overthink it, you'll do great! Take your time with every question cause you'll get plenty of time! Hey Heather! Yes, I finished the course and the course exam in 2 weeks! AceableAgent in my state had 27 sections so I did around 2 sections everyday. I know it sound crazy but it’s possible! Now it took me one month to get my real estate license as I had to take the real estate state exam twice. Hope that helps! 😁

Here in Georgia it’s 75 hours but that doesn’t mean you can’t finish in 2 weeks. You’ll just have grind a little harder and try and finish 4 sections a day which is totally possible! Hellooo! Yes with AceableAgent the course for the state exam is online, you just schedule a date/time and you take it with a online proctor. After you pass, then you’ll be able to take the Georgia Salesperson Exam which is different, which you’ll have to go in to a testing center and take. Hope this helps! 😊
How many exams did you have to study on your course? Ive been seeing some have three course ( ultimate combine exam, state exam, national exam) than some have four with Ultimate exam plus the other three. Myself I was missing the Ultimate exam but had the other three.

What I recommend is the “ Texas Real Estate License Exam Prep: All-in-One Review and Testing to Pass Texas' Pearson Vue Real Estate Exam.” You can find it on Amazon or at your nearest bookstore. I didn’t use anything the first time and failed so I picked up this textbook for Georgia and passed after. Also, make sure you try and take all the practice exams in the textbook. Hey Matthew! It really depends where you live. What I would do is search up " your state candidate handbook real estate". From there you'll see all the math that's on your state's exam. Hope that helps! :)
