I honestly really liked AceableAgent. I’m a single mom of 3 kids and was able to complete the 180 hours in 6 weeks. I used Bluetooth headphones and was able to listen to the chapters while doing dishes, laundry and even while nursing my 2 year old to sleep every night. I completed 2-3 levels per day which was 5-9 hours each day. Crazy schedule but I got through it. A lot of the information was repetitive, long winded, and sometimes felt like torture to get through, but that’s where the headphones helped. If I had to only read the information I wouldn’t have been able to finish the course as quickly. I do think their study guides were lacking. I had to create my own study guides using the level summaries and google documents.
Wow i m 5 months and still on the second level 😂 Just a question : are some of the quetions in the quiz tests we take each chapter can be asked in the exams or will it be totally different ones ?
Obviously real estate exam has been a pain in my ass, but that won't bother me anylonger i have gotten my license already thanks to you Mr James God bless you more cuz you made it possible for me

@@wisdomfx4534 I'm really sorry about that but i got used to it until i succeeded, i failed 6 times before i finally passed, it would have been 6 but Mr James saved me from failing again
Hey Great Video! I was not sure of all the resources available from this purchase! so thank you! I just bought Aceable for Texas without knowing it was 180 hours of classes lol. I saw 30 hours... but there were six 30 hour courses needed to satisfy this requirement! Anyway! reason I am commenting is because Aceable sent me a coupon because I signed up but did not purchase the product. within 24 hours, I received a code for 40 percent off any course. I am sure this is for everyone. but it expires end of February. I believe the code was Feb40 or February40. Good luck guys! I would buy it just to have it at a discounted price. its at your own pace which is what really sold me on it!
I have a Principles of RE I exam. Is this proper? Im in TX. How long is this test and what is score needed to pass? Then, will I have another test with each following section? Principles of RE II, etc…?

Hey Justin, quick question! I'm freaking out a bit, because I just passed my Aceable final exam, but they've locked me out of the course so I cannot go back and study things for the final exam! Since it's the Holidays, I was planning on taking the test somewhere in the first week of January. If I can't go back on my study resources, there's no way I'm going to remember all of this and pass. Are they going to unlock it once my test results are reviewed by a real person?

Did anybody do Real Estate Express in Texas? Does anyone thing going over the summaries of each chapter and the mock exams will be enough to pass the test? atleast the national portion?
Are the prep exams required after you complete the courses? Or do I just need to complete the 6 real estate courses? I have 6 weeks to complete it, and I'm hoping the prep exams are not required because I'm not sure I'll have the time!
Yes, I'm in the process now and you do have an exam at end of each level chapter. I just got done with Chapter 1 and studying the "practice test" 60 questions. I think Justin mentioned it was only at the end of all 6 chapters, BUT its each chapter. Just found out yesterday when I with the chapter.
@@Listing_In_Houston I think she was talking about the extra prep for the state & nation exam, I think she’s asking if those are required to be completed along with the 6, 30 hour courses.
Hey guys! I have a super pressing question. Ive seen that this course does not expire but I've seen some things saying you have to have everything completed within a year including passing the final exam. I feel somewhat devieved because everything I had read said that it does not expire yet now my platform is saying I must complete everything by a certain date. Any input would help. I am so anxious and confused with the communication from aceable agent for Texas.
Hello Justin-- Thank you so much for your info. One last question. It's a little confusing in the process. Do we need to obtain a Fitness determination or can we just obtain our fingerprints with DPS? Do we need to have a sponsor before or after we complete the classes with Aceable? What I did is made google document study guides. Each page of each level summary, I copied and pasted into my own study guide. They end up being about 50 pages long for each course. Any info asked in the final exams are directly from the level assessments. Also, take the Practice exams for each course. You have unlimited tries and the questions are basically the same for the actual final exams. I just passed the entire Texas course in 6 weeks and got 90s on all the exams using this method
