If I am freelancer can I apply to work in Netherlands? I understood there could be opportunity but I am trying to understand if I should have specific amount of money at the bank. I am a web developer and AutoCAD operator. What bussiness plan they might want from me ? I guess a lawyer could guide me. How long the process take?Also in case I managed to come to Holland as freelancer can I apply to permanent residency afterward?

If your occupation is one of the licensed occupations, you'd have to first get certified locally to practice. But you can open a business to offer other types of business or offer online services to people internationally
