My problem is I can't even find a ape to recruit as a clan member. I searched the jungle for hours. Sucks too cuz I recruited an ape then completed an objective and the next obj. after that was befriend an outsider..

Once again, a great video! Funny that this "gourd" fruit plant looks pretty much the same as the one in green hell with the white flower and fruit, same foliage. Speaking of green hell, on my way to your new video right now... Lol! :)

After a little while of playing I think I finally understand on how this mechanic of clan members work. For example if you play under the first time category of the game you will only find 2 survivors I believe they are outside of your settlement. I say I believe because survivors can be found 1 other way, which I will explain later. Any ways you have a time limit to rescue each survivor after that time passes he will die or I believe if you fall asleep somewhere else they will spawn near you, which is the other way to find survivors. The problem is no matter what category you play under whether it’s the first time or survivor the game only gives you six survivors per generation I believe. For example under first time category I think you start off with 2 elders 1 male 1 female, and 2 adults also 1 male and female, and then there are the 2 survivors you can find outside of your settlement, and that’s it till next generation skip. Also females can only have 2 pregnancies each no more then that. Skipping time with pregnancy doesn’t renew survivors in area. For the other category survivor you start off as male or female your choice, but in the end if you count all the survivors including yourself it will be 3 males, 3 females. F.Y.I when you go collect meteorites bring all the babies with you for each baby you have it gives you a reinforcement point, and the babies able to get mutations get their mutations. I brought my babies by putting 2 each on the back of 2 of my other clan mates and I carried 2 myself. I then picked up the meteorite and then made a sleeping spot or nest whatever you want to call it and then dropped my babies on the nest 5 out of 6 of my babies got mutations. P.S also I think it depends on how many clan mates you have in your clan cause there’s a limit to that to I’m just not sure on how many you can have, but that should be factored in when you skip generations because it will most likely give you as many as you can hold. I haven’t skipped generations, but from all the other logic I gained so far I assume that’s on how this whole survivor, clan mates thing works.

I have reached a point after evolving where it seems the intimidation action has disappeared, but I checked and it the neuron is locked in and highlighted, so I do have it. I do have the option to choose my mental state to vigilant or calm. Does this have something to do with it ? When I set it to vigilant or calm , no action for intimidation comes up for my group . ☹️ Am I doing something wrong or is there a glitch do you think? I would appreciate your help so much…

If i leave for a few days do the clan starves? I left for 2 days and ended up death and when the game switched to the clan they had not eat or drink or sleep.

I saw a ape that looked like it was vomiting in its hand I tried coconuts food but it didn’t work any other idea’s?

For bleeds, I just give them the fiber that you find in the trees. What I don't get, is if you have a new member following you, what happens to them if you die while they're following you???

I have this ape that sounds like it’s choking and i think it’s poisoned right?

I found the injured ones can just be feed the grass good you find and they follow you after some time they heal on their own

Everyone says grind up the horstail to make bandages. Why dont you just use the fiber at the top of the trees.

Yesterday I found an ape that looked hurt. I tried unmodified fruits and leaves, but they didn't work, the ape only received the red paste to resist the cold. He is now a member of my tribe.

Hey, thanks for the video!! Can you just clarify one thing please? When you say that an new ape will spawn near your location "after you evolve", do you mean after you skip to the next generation or is it literally when you make an evolutionary jump? Thanks!

What location is your settlement at?

New player, but found out if you’ve tried too give an ape EVERYTHING you can give it… sometimes it wants a precious stone.. you can find precious stones under liftable rocks, and sometimes near tree stumps etc. they’re random spawns as everything else is.. couldn’t for the life of me get an ape too love me, gave him a ruby. After I tried feeding him, curing him, mending his “arm” giving him a cracked coconut for drinking. He wanted a rock. A precious rock..

Scared ones on the right side wall going away from camp at start of game within 1km on the forest floor he's hard to get for his fear is insane❤

i found an ape but couldnt figure out what he wanted he was holding his head, i tried feeding him all types of fruit and meat, tried coconut water, snails, leaves that help broken bones. nothing worked. I went back to the exact location it was at before and it was gone :(

If their bones are broken use the red leaves it doesn't heal them fully but it will still join your clan

Can someone or anyone can give me some tip or hint of this game before i start playing because i have no idea how to play it and i need some sort of tip and hint just any tip or hint doesn't usually matter what kind at least their some good ideas for me to try it out.

Can someone please verify whether or not I have to have an internet connection to launch/play this game once it's downloaded/installed? Epic has offline mode, and 'some' games can be played in offline mode, but not all...so I would like to know beforehand whether it can be played in offline mode; if someone who has the game now could please test? How far do you have to explore to find other primates? Yes I’m the beginning it was easy to find primates. But it’s time to pass generations and I need to find more fertile females. Been through a couple of landmarks already. Furthest I’ve explore was to the father tree. Do I need to explore farther

I tried to cure a frightened and injured, but, neither worked. Is it a bug or did I do something wrong? I gave the injured one only one horsetail, picked from the camp. And when I reassured the frightened one, I didn't get any ping.

If it's not a snake it a tiger if it's not a tiger is hysteria... one thing after another back to back. I lost my whole clan and found new ones and they all got murdered by tigers and snakes... ridiculous game at this point. I enjoyed it at the first but as I evolved it was always something every minute

What does it mean when they hit there head and keep grabbing there head?

i have one where he/she is just grabbing his hand and shaking, i saw it get doubled team by a python and a boar, idk if its injured or scared, if its scared how do i comfort it? it rejects everything

I can't tell what the problem is but the one in trying to get acts like he has a headache and just repeatedly slaps his head

There is an ape near the under the waterwall oasis that I cannot recruit, I tried using fruits, grinded medicine, complete horsetail, rocks, spears, honey, coconut the two different ways you can use it and still nothing works, confort button does not appear

Do you have to complete that objective to evolve ? Cause I’ve been on the objective for two weeks and I’m on 35% feats and I’m still only a normal ape with a full clan of 18

How do you comfort the scared ones? I have tried using the same tactic you use on the kids for 5 minutes and it didnt do anything. Shame you didnt go into detail on that :(

I'm stuck on the objective to befriend a new ape. I've already done so before but not while this objective was active. I have a full clan as of now so could that be why I'm not finding any apes to befriend? I only befriended 1 and I know for sure there's usually 2 within the area I've been.

I keep encountering the type who is holding his head a lot, but no idea what it means. Comfort isn't an option on my list, so I assumed I need to give it something but I've tried everything from the gourd, to horsetail and horsetail paste, the stuff in the trees you use for bleeding, those red leaves that help with cold and injury, to coconut milk and shelled nut, you name it, everything short of actual meat, and he refuses it all.

I have a hard time, reading their body language and telling what they need. That’s my problem. Like right now I’m having a problem with this guy he looks thirsty but I gave him a coconut and he didn’t want it. I tried everything else, and he clearly doesn’t want to be comforted so I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

My info. isn't applicable to this video. I wanted to share it here anyway. You can use the meteorite as a weapon. The cave centipede can be killed with one spear. Looked rather easy. You must have got lucky when you met him. They move around and aggro easily but can be intimidated like any other animal. It seems that you can harvest meat from them. Yum! Whether or not you can harvest other materials e.g. poison, fangs, etc. is something I don't know.
