I've always done grounding and absorb the sun when I wake up in the morning but I didn't know it was for any particular reason I just feel good doing it I didn't even know it was like a trend that's interesting. My day just Goes a lot better when I take in some sun. you know and I love walking barefoot

Dude I'm loving this! I've started on this journey as well but you take it to a whole new level. Will try to do red light therapy every other day instead of daily. Also, one could sleep while grounded by running a wire from a grounding rod (preferably) and then connecting via an ECG electrode to the K1 acupuncture point on your soles. This video is packed with good info! Thanks brother! I'm really liking Leon's sense of humor too :))

@@wellnessdaddy Actually there is one area that many overlook, EMF mitigation. In a nutshell, electric fields in the bedroom can mess up sleep (any devices that are plugged in, even if turned off). Magnetic fields (possibly due to bad wiring) are very detrimental to health. And RF (radio frequencies) from wifi to cell towers are definitely known to be bad. So I took these basic steps: 1) bought a decent EMF meter which measures field strength 2) I turn off non-essential circuit breakers for my bedroom at night and keep all other plugged in equipment away from me 3) I'm using a socket with a remote to turn on the microwave from the next room (microwaves leak a lot of RF radiation, even with the front shield in place) 4) I replaced compact fluorescent bulbs (which also emit a lot of RF) with LED bulbs ... Some take it to the extreme and they have their house painted in RF shielding paint. Anyway, came across the Institute of Building Biology once which has some very specific guidelines for safe exposure (not just to EMF but also mold for instance). I could probably do more but it's a start I guess.

@@wellnessdaddy One more thing before this turns into a rant :) I'd be really interested to know how you personally stay balanced and avoid having OCD about all the things you do for your health. This is something I struggle with. I either get very passionate / fixated on doing things right or I let loose but then fall victim to self-indulgence. How do you still manage to enjoy life and stay emotionally / spiritually grounded while also being mindful of every little thing you should be doing to stay on track ? And what's your priority ? Does a healthy body lead to a healthy brain and healthy habits OR does a healthy mind and spirit lead to a healthy body ? Personally I tend to start with the body and a big thing for me is overcoming guilt and shame for needing extra time to rest physically.

You should add hydrogen water or hydrogen gas inhalation. I’ve tried almost everything for my health issues including almost everything on this video the 2 things that have made the biggest difference for me was #1 hydrogen water minimum 1.5 liters a day and clean carnivore diet.
