OMFG!!!! I LOVED this show hahaha. Early FN is the best FN. You know how many times I've punched in this show name and hoped that someone would put on there??
Not just Food Network-I wish ALL television could be like this. There's something so charming to its presentation. And to think I wasn't even alive when this aired... my childhood memories of early-morning TV were of The Price Is Right, etc. There wasn't anything like this even then.
OMG -- this is so wonderful to see. I used to work at TVFN as a food stylist -- was part of the culinary staff -- worked with Cathy Lowe on so many shows -- Emeril, Taste, Cooking Mon - Friday, Cooking Live! -- so many wonderful memories. Thank you for this!
The earliest inception of this channel, plus the internet, did their duty to increase the knowledge and wisdom of food and cuisine to the general public
I've missed this show!! It was my fav as a kid and this brings back so many memories! Thanks for the upload and of you come across any more episodes PLEASE upload them! My old vhs I had full of episodes got lost years ago, I wish I still had it.
Rockland Bakery made our school lunches when I played visiting games on the school basketball team. I live in NYC but spent most of my school days in Westchester County. Sean Donnellan is like your typical guy from the suburbs of Westchester.
Blackjack115 Around the time this show was taped, my buddy and I used to frequent the OTBs in Pearl River and Nanuet. After the place closed we'd always make a trip to the Rockland Bakery. It was just like Sean said in the video. We'd waltz right in at midnight and they'd just let you pull rolls right off the conveyor belt. Then we'd sit in the parking lot and eat fresh rolls and cookies 😂
I loved the early version of the Food Network. I always saw this advertised but didn't watch it. Worked shift work. Fun to finally see some. Thank you.
I used to crush on Cathy. Now I dont know why. Lol. I still make a recipe from this show with chicken, heavy cream, diced tomatoes, mushrooms and pasta. It is my sisters favorite dish I make. I also remember the first episode was him opening a frozen dinner and making it. They literally started from scratch.
The Guy Sean Donnellan became a real actor. I posted another episode with lots of...chemistry...between the two leads. They make Moroccan Stew ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ds2FEb4WsXw.html
