Hi Kristen, just finished and I feel so good. Several family members are on their second round of covid and I have not gotten sick. Today I felt a little under the weather and I decided to do your massage. Wow, I feel so much better. thanks

Thank you. I got RA, osteoarthritis and something going on with my lungs. I am not feeling well stiffness wise after a long road trip and day away. I'm in pain. Was looking for something easy I can do while sitting here to be productive...this helped. Relaxed me, a lot. It was easy enough to with with a roller ball and now I wanna see if u ha e other videos. Thank you.

Also what do.tou suggest for RA stiffness? I loved your vidoe it was easy for.me and I am in a RA support group online and I'd love to share some RA pain or stiffness technique. If you can suggest a video of yours thank you. I been doiñg Tai chi but the stiffness and pain from my spondilosys is bad and I need to sit and do eased sessions of activities.

Hi Kristen , ( karen ) Thanks for this self massage practice. So appreciative of all the Generous Info on the acupressure points . Amazing! your sharing of your knowledge as you teach certainly sets you apart. My mark of a really superb TEACHER. (: Thanks, I need to be reminded to incorporate this often. And I love working with this paired Organ System . My tender points were Lung 5 and L.I. 11 ( the crooked marsh ) love the names(: I think you are right on with that antibiotic theory ! makes total sense to me ! Have a wonderful day Kristen(: Karen . Thanks Rob! When you touch upon one of those alarm points, it can definitely spark your attention. LI 11 (as my teacher Lee Holden) tells me is indicated for many things including: fever, sore throat, toothache, redness and pain of the eyes, dizziness, hypertension, elbow pain, poor memory. As he says, it's the "acupressure antibiotic".
