Today I will try out a new hot sauce recipe and show you how I bottle it up. After making this recipe I think it is more of a hot vinegar and on a scale from 1 - 10 this is probably a 4 in the heat department. I used smoked dried ghost peppers per the recipe but I think next time I would use fresh. Then I think the heat would be more of what I was looking for. However the flavor is great!! Roasted Garlic Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce/Vinegar-
2 Qts. Apple Cider Vinegar
2 heads of Roasted Garlic
10-15 smoked dried Ghost Peppers
1/2 C. Salt
1 C. Sugar
