Full court press can really disrupt an opponent, and if you're not prepared - it can completely take you out of your offensive game plan. There is an acronym that is commonly used known as "SMB", which stands for "sideline", "middle", "back".
These three spots needs to be occupied any time you're going against a diamond press. I also breakdown the importance of knowing if the press is denying the in-bounder or not. The term I use in the video is "strong" or "weak" in reference to the degree of aggressiveness the press puts on.
