When I used to say I am always anxious.. And there is no diaphragm breathing... I am half breathing... People close to me laughed. Doctor even wanted to give me psychiatric medicine. My complication started. Bloating, indigestion, colon disorders, feeling extreme heat and perspiration... Today only I got this video that I was right

Your video is very informative. You are right when you say that the brain requires a lot of oxygen in order to keep our minds sharp. I have noticed that ever since I started working at high altitudes, around 18,000 feet, I tend to forget small things. This is due to a lack of oxygen.

Our health and longevity depends on our rate of breathing, and look at the polar bear who takes one to two breaths per minute during hibernation for a quiet a long period of time, and this approach may also be tried and used on human beings journeying to the Mars aiming to use the minimalist amount of energy by the body. Slow and deep breathing are a panacea for our good health and longevity.

Shivangi mem, am near 56..apka ek video backpain ke liye exercise ka, dekha tha..5 exercise aapne batayi hai, usme se 2 ko follow karke hi mera backpain theek ho gaya tha.. very thankful to you..🙏🙏 mera breathing bahot slowly chalta raheta hai,par kabhi kabhi pata chalta hai ki mai sans le hi nahi rahi fir deep breathing karne lagti hoon 😂 duniya ka sabse khush insaan khudko manti hoon.. problem ek hi hai ki meri body to perfect hai, sleem nahi to side ko keise kum kare..ispe koi video banaye, exercise bataye pls..

@@coachshivangidesai आपने कमेंट में जरूर बताने को कहा था इसलिए बता रहा हूं कि मैंने ३ दिन से आपके बताए तरीके से डीप ब्रीदिंग शुरू कर रखी है, लेकिन कोई टाईम फिक्स नहीं कर पाया। बस जब भी आपका चांद सा मुखड़ा और सुरीली आवाज ख्याल में आती है तभी डीप ब्रीदिंग शुरू कर देता हूं। ऐसा दिन भर में कई कई बार हो जाता है जब जब आपका ख्याल आता हे। २ ही दिनो में कंधों और पीठ का पुराना दर्द गायब सा हो गया है। आपका बहुत बहुत शुक्रिया।

All well presented.. however 1 objection I noticed is when u mention about babies take deep breathing (@ 18.00min). Babies heartrate will be far higher than adults.. meaning they breath faster than adults... it couldn't be deep breathing... Correct me if Im wrong pls
