3:42 आप जैसे youtubers दिन मे 10 बार कुछ ना कुछ खाते रहने की सलाह देतो हो जिसकी वजह से insuline resistence होता है.. Skip breakfast, skip evening snacks.. दिन मे सिर्फ दो बार पेटभर कर भोजन करो जिसमें आप कुछ भी खा सकते हो, परंतु हर निवाले को चबा-चबा कर liquid बनाकर पेट मे जाने देना है.. और atleast 16 hours fast करो.. भोजन मे 35% protien 35% healthy fat 15% fiber 15% carbs Diet के चक्कर और protien पावडर के चक्कर मे मत पड़ो इस्से सिर्फ पैसा और समय बर्बाद होगा..
