I recently had a cup of Yirgacheffe that was prepared with a Moccamaster and now I'm hooked! Plus it is really beautiful, would love to stare at it while waking up. Stone Grey would be my choice.

I love the matte silver color. I am living here in Brno and I don't drink any alcohol so coffee is my beverage of choice. I am happy that Brno has a great coffee culture. I am now passionate about coffee and this machine will definitely help me experience the real taste of coffee.

I'd love the black one. I am busy educating my colleagues at work about amazing coffee. I make coffee for them regular using aeropress, v60 and Kalita, but it's takes a long time to make 6 cups of coffee like that... Spreading the word about delicious coffee is a real passion for me, and having a moccamaster would really help spread the joy of coffee with the people around me :)

Hi, guys! I'd like to have a white Moccamaster because it will suit the kitchen of my mum the most. I'm a barista and when I'm at home, I'm in charge of her (and mine) cup of Joe which we have after our works. It was nice to see, how she was more and more into black coffee from nice and fresh beans, leaving behind instant coffee. Despite some hesitation at the beginning, she started to explore different kinds of coffee, from sweet Guatemala to juicy Kenya. Pour over methods of brewing was her favourite. I'm leaving home in a month, and if I could leave her this mechanic barista I wouldn't be worried that her quality of coffee would drop and our coffee ritual would be stopped because of my departure. Hello! I would absolutely love the yellow one! I think Moccamaster would work great for me because my 3 cup chemex and aeropress are just a little too small when I want to make coffee for friends and family! Plus, the more brew methods, the merrier! love you guys!

I like my Moccamaster black just like my coffee. I have job in which I work days and nights. I'd love to have a great coffee any time of the day and also be able to serve it to my beloved one and friends, who are coming to visit qite often 😊

This video really helped me! I have a great coffee maker; a Technivorm Mochamaster, but I suck at making coffee. Today I learn! I bought fresh beans, ground them by hand in a mortar and pestle, weighed out 60 grams for 1 Liter, cleaned the machine with vinegar and it worked!

i go for the pink moccamaster. sometimes, i love the color. it fits in the kitchen and of course, it step up my coffeegame. after aeropress, French press, it es time for the pink coffeemaster. greetings guys

I would love to have Moccamaster for many reasons. First being my love for quality and repeatability of the coffee I brew. Automatic brewer enables keeping temperature, maintaining the same time of the pour and most importantly same agitation every time (which is the thing that disrupts me the most about manual pour over). It is great for tweaking coffee recipes to perfection and for training for various cup tasting competitions. Second is the ease and short time of brewing coffee in this device. Mornings before going to the lectures would be way more pleasurable with DAMN GOOD CUP OF JOE. Third is the outstanding design. I love the variety of colors and shape of the Moccamaster. It reminds me of other timeless classical designs, like for example Chemex. I'm sure I would never get tired of looking at this beautiful piece of equipment. If I were the lucky guy who gets this machine I would choose Turquoise. It's my favourite color since childhood. Keep up the good work! Do as many interviews with well known baristas as you can. I find them very interesting and inspiring.

I'm absolutely amazed by Moccamaster technology and design. Always when I travel I'm looking for the best places for coffee, also from your recommendation. With this machine I could have an amazing coffee also at home! And with good quality coffee beans that I always have, I could make a pretty good team with Moccamaster. As I am a fan of minimalism I'd love White Metallic in my kitchen.

Hello kind Sirs, I would really like to have the moccamaster in red. The reason is that when I enjoyed specialty coffee for the first time it tasted like red fruit such as berries. Plus as being part Dutch myself it would give me great pride to have it in my kitchen. And I would like to use this opportunity to thank you for your videos and website. a) I like black b) i would bring it to the coffee shop where I work to convince them making some good old black coffee. got some specialty brewed in different shops with this and the result was very good

1) Matt Black 2) Because I am a huge coffee nerd and wanted to have a Moccamaster for a very long time but it was just too expensive for me. I would really like to experiment with different coffees and the Moccamaster would make it possible for me to finally achieve consistent results.

I think every passionate coffee drinker is the right person to have one! :) But anyway Moccamaster is awesome, I got a chance to use it when I was volunteering and preparing coffee for World Cup Tasters championship in 2015 in Gothenburg.. I work as barista and I love to share great coffee with other people, thats why I could be right person to have one, to share good vibes with others :) PS so many beautiful colors I think Mocamaster really stands out as Yellow pepper!

Most beautiful Moccamaster is in Fresh Green colour! I'm a student and barista so I don't have a lot of time to make good quality coffee by myself in V60, If i get Moccamaster I'll have more time for myself and for coffee. ;)

I think the yellow one would give us some great summer spirit during winter (it's coming). Why me? I really need the equipment (skills I will ad by practising, promise) to keep us awake and in a good mood while planing our wedding (great coffee is on the list of course)

Black. This is the proper way to brew coffee at home. Proper temperature proper time and use the best Fresh Ground coffee. I roast my own coffee and try hard for the best results. Takes a long time to make the best coffee maker. That is one. I watch your vids for hours.

Can you use pregrounded coffee that I would use for a cafetiere or does it have to be freshly ground?

The Moccamaster is a design classic, an outstanding machine, and a must-have in my attempt to master pretty much every type of coffee there is. But it'd have to be red, because the red one makes better coffee.* *may not actually be true.

We'd love to have a white one! :) And why me? Because as a barista I spend so much time making coffee for customers at work... When I'm home I'd like to spend more time with my wife and family and have the coffee done by this wonderful machine :)

Question: What number of clicks would you recommend on a Comandante when grinding coffee for the Moccamaster KBT?

Great video! The white metallic will fit our kitchen very well. My parents want to drink delicious coffee at the morning, but they donť have enough time for doing V60 which I have. So, I would be very glad, if I could give them a Moccamaster.

Roughly which grind setting for a Comandante? is 75grams for 1250ml ok? or does 60gram/1L work better?

I'd really like to have an orange moccamaster to brew some great fresh ground coffee since our V60 (for 2 cups) is kind of small when we like to pleasure some guests with tastey specialty filtercoffee. :) Thanks for this review as well.

Do you have any tips on pre-infusion with the KBG741 AO model? Pull out the carafe for 30 seconds? Technivorm suggested using two paper filters to slow down the infusion if needed, but throwing away just the inner one and re-using the outer one the next time etc. I'd much appreciate any suggestions / experience you may have with this!

Dear guys, it can be even fancy pink colour (even i'm a man) - it doesn't matter. I just need a machine that could give me easy way to spread coffee culture in home or sometimes i could get it to work for more than 2 people like i can do in drip and also gives me chill. I love making coffee but sometimes i would just enjoy only cup of black sweetnes over wondering if i made every step of brewing right :)

I would love the Moccamaster in black, such a modern look. Though I brew with an AeroPress at home, having a Moccamaster would really help me out. Over the past year I have got some of my co-workers into specialty coffee by brewing coffee at the office for them. Though I am really glad that they enjoy the coffee, it can be annoying to always bring my AeroPress and hand grinder with me to work everyday after I've already made coffee at home that morning. Also, the AeroPress is of course an individual Cup brewer so it can take a while to make the coffee for my co-workers. If I won the Moccamaster, I would use it to make great coffee for my friends and co-workers at the office, so I can leave my AeroPress at home for personal use. So I would like to add Moccamaster in my coffee room, because I beliveve it's the best BATCH BREWER! + I saw at Hungexpo's Moccamaster stand the bronze one and was absolutely fantastic!!!! :)

Hi! Do you think the hot plate burns coffee *even if* the pot plate keeps it at 175-185F? I see other reviewers like America Teat Kitchen recommend the thermal carafe for this reason
