I just bought one. After comparing it to similar options from other companies, it's pretty easy to see that your product has the most features and well thought-out design. There was one I saw on Amazon that had a chamber for energy crystals on the bottom, lol.
It's seriously one of the best travel brewers I've tried. When I went to World Tea Expo I was able to make tea in my hotel room without any mess or fuss. :)
I've not noticed it being an issue, but the tea brewer is versatile enough that you could add it to the leaf side if you wanted to. Then open the seal and let it through to the other side.
I've found that with good tea, the first steep takes a while, after that cooler temperatures and shorter steeps produce some lovely cups of tea. So water a bit on the cooler side would work in my experience.
