Hi Sir, im an avid viewer on your channel since day 1..VERY INFORMATIVE AND I HAVE LEARNED A LOT..KEEP IT UP SIR..hehehe.. anyways, can you please make a video or video series on what are the benefits of your spouse after join family reunification? What are the jobs she can apply? What are the requirements needed for her to land a job in Ireland? Who takes care of your son while both of you are working?? Pasencya na sa mga tanong sir..hehe.. THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS..
I want to bring my spouse to Ireland. I read the following statement somewhere on Irish Immigration Website. Do I need to wait for 3 years before applying for her? Please clarify. “The sponsor must have earned a gross income in each of the 3 previous years in excess of that applied by the Department of Social Protection (DSP) in assessing eligibility for Working Family Payment (WFP)”
Hi. If you are a critical skills holder. You can apply for the join family visa once you have completed the reqs needed around 6 months . It applies for professionals like nurses, engineers. Etc.
Nurse Raymund, since you mention about healthcare in this video. Provided ba ang medical insurance by the employer? How about the medical inaurance for your family?
Health insurance has to be availed here. You have choices naman depending on the coverage.
Hi. once documents or requirements have been submitted to the embassy usually it takes 4-8weeks. Im not sure how does it go if from KSA. kc it should be submitted sa irish embassy.
sir raymond ask lang po ako.. 1. ilang buwan po kyo when you apply for family reunification? 2. magkano po ang show money po sa pinas at dyan... 3. magkano po total ng nagastos nyo all in all sa process except po sa ticket ng eroplano
Hi. to answer your questions : 1. I arrived here October 2019, I have completed the reqs needed by May 2020 But due to pandemic, processing of Joint Family Visa was closed. It was resumed by July or August and on that time we started to process my family's visa. 2. We just gave bank statements we had in the Philippines. Its not actually much. 3. Sa expenses usual is just the request of the ff documents: -birth cert -marriage cert -bank statements -brgy clearance -Visa fee per person -pictures I hope i was able to answer your question. God bless
Hello, Nurse Raymond. Regarding Single vs Multiple entry for the dependents, ano po ba dapat? According sa website ng IE, for Long stay = Multiple entry. Mas madali po ba ma approve ang single entry ? pwede ba magbakasyon/lumabas ng Ireland at bumalik with single entry visa ?
@@NurseRaymond but it is mentioned that dependent parents and the Grandparents are supposed to subjected as dependent. And if I can prove that my parents are depending on Me by showing the money transfers by any means so it can probably show that my parents are dependent on me which may possibly love them to Join me in Ireland?
I have not encountered anyone who did that yet. Probably there were. I read somewhere that states some amount you need to show to prove that you can shoulder all their expenses and needs if they stay here. Your remittances to them is just one thing. I’m sure its a long process. Not an expert sorry
Hello po been watching ur vlogs since pinas pa ako and now Im here .I would like to ask po if how long dapat ako nasa ireland before i went back to ph and get married? then bring my spouse with me po?
Hello! Once you have your stamp 1 here meaning may employer ka na and settled anytime you can go home. Walang pipigil. Pero d mo cya makukuha kasabay mo kasi need mo iapply ng join family visa
Not actually. In our case, I came here october 2019, My family arrived here oct 2020, It took us exactly 1 year but it was been delayed kasi nagclose ung consulate ng processing ng join fam visa for few months nung pandemic. It might be earlier.
Hi. that's a good question. But I haven't encountered someone who did that. Maybe you can inquire that query to them. To what I know is the dependent should be out of the country for the Joint family reunification visa.
Hi nurse Raymond! Hope you’re well and your family! Tanong ko sana tungkol sa documents from child like proof of address, barangay clearance, bank statement? Even minors magprovide din nito? At yung consent to travel sa Consulate of Ireland din ba naka-address? What are the chances kung walang landlord consent? Nakikitira kasi ako sa friend ko for now and will look for apartment pag malapit ni sila parating dito. Sorry ha dami kong tanong☺️
Hello there! Yes, We did not provide for the minors anymore any proof of address. Yes ung consent has to be addressed to the consulate. Regarding the consent of the landlord, Hindi naman talaga cya required, BUT i have seen most applicants kasi na nagprovide kaya nagprovide nalang din ako. Pasign mo nalang sa friend mo
Hi. She is a nurse for the past 9 years but now she is working as HCA part time only (3-6 shifts per month only) And YES makakasave padin esp if your partner will work kahit part time. Its a great help with the bills.
is it possible po na kasama na din family sa ireland maski mag tourist visa lang muna sila then after mkakuha nun permit pwede ba convert visa ng family? Para hndi na mag hiwalay hiwalay 😩 kalungkot po lse
@@NurseRaymond I WANT TO KNOW HOW TO APPLY FOR PARTNERSHIP VISA TO IRELAND FROM A VISA NOT REQUIRED COUNTRY?At pre-clearance sir saan isusubmit yung docs sa ireland po ba o sa embassy sa pilipinas po?
@@NurseRaymond ok at nurse lastly itatanong ko lang po at kung may husband or wife yung isang tao then pwede ba niyang makuha yung mother in law niya sa ireland?kasi yung friend ko po is a taiwanese then papaunahin muna niya yung mother niya sa ireland kasi yung work niya nasa taiwan po?
Hey bro i am from ethiopia and i have an aunt from ireland and how can i go there please tell me more about if u can please? Thank you for ur information
Hi Nura. the family reunification visa is merely for the children and partners ( husband and wife). But you can still come here under visit/ tourist visa by your aunt (maximum of 6 months. )
Hi sir..regarding dependent spouse po..is it easy for them to look for a job once in ireland n po? How long should they wait upon arriving in ireland bago mg apply for work? Thanks po
Hello there! Thank you for subscribing. I cannot see it on the list po. enterprise.gov.ie/en/What-We-Do/Workplace-and-Skills/Employment-Permits/Employment-Permit-Eligibility/Highly-Skilled-Eligible-Occupations-List/
hi sir raymond, new subscriber here, can I bring my husband and child as dependent visa kahit di pa ako nag chachange ng family name to my married name? thanks
Hi. it's better siguro if you inquire in Irish consulate in Makati. They have email address and they are responsive naman. I don't think there would be a problem to that as long as you can provide them birth and marriage cert and a letter stating that You haven't change your name to married name with your documents.
Hello hello! That is possible. Its a different process though and set of requirements… i would suggest you refer to INIS.IE andun po ang info about it :)
Thank u po sir ask ko lng din po sa privious employment po ano po pwd ilagay kac po trabaho ko po dai sa paggawaan po ng pang rarap po ng lumpia po Or lumpia wrapper
Thanks for the video. Just one question, for the 60K euro single parent sponsor, can we combine the salary of myself and my spouse OR it have to be a single person salary? Any idea?
Hi there! This series is intended for critical skills employment permit holder such as nurses. I just defined the criteria for eligibility for CSEP if you are not a nurse
Hi. It depends on how long can you complete all the needed documents for the family reunification visa. Some documents can be obtained on your 4th to 6th month here.
@@NurseRaymond What about diploma nurses? How can they also bring their family to Ireland? I learnt that critical work permit is for Graduate nurses. Please i anticipate your reply.
Hello! Yes registered nurses are under critical skills. For as long as your company can grant you that working permit you can process your dependent visa
Yes mam, BUT i heard that if theres really no one to look after your parents you can apply them as your dependents. If not, they can always visit us here :)
so is it possible to bring the de facto partner immediately i mean together with the applicant? or she/he need to be a resident first? can the de facto partner apply for residency also?
ok noted, but can she/he (de facto partner) apply work once she arrived there in ireland? you know I’m asking this coz my partner will not allow me unless we are together🙄 we are not married (but living together) and she’s gay.,
