Hi there, all the processing is being conducted by our Irish based agency, ipinasok pla kami sa critical work permit..wala sila hinihinhi kahit ano, bale tapos na kami sa pag accept ng offer letter pati ng contract..on the way n daw cla ng pag asikaso ng permit and visa..may idea po kayo ano pa mga need nila sa amin na requirements? di p kmi nasasalang sa medical btw..ilang weeks po bago nmin malaman na pasado na ang application ng visa namin? You can create the AVATS application. But be mindful na valid lang yun for 30 days.

Good day po sir! kailangan po ba ng police clearance from other country stayed/visited when you apply for Ireland or on VFS or Visa processing? like in my case I stayed in Japan for 13months, kailangan ko po ba kumuha ng japan police clearance? I asked my PH agency about this they said there is no need, but as for my experience, when I applied for UK I thought d rin kailangan until my supposed visa application na kailangan daw and 3-4 months pa nmn ang process. kaya naman ngayon Ireland na ko, pero I have to be sure... thank you

Hi Nurse Raymond. Same po kami ng experience ni Sir. Nagsubmit rin po ako Thru VFS Global last September 21. Hopefully mapprove. Anyways ask ko lang Nurse Raymond, nung nagFlight po ung Mrs nyo, hinanapan po ba sya ng CFO and Affidavit of Support? My sponsor po pala is Irish Citizen, but Pinoy by blood 😂 sana po masagot.

Hello po! Not an immigration expert. But I assume since this is a long stay visa as you as a spouse of an irish, you dont to put departure date from Ireland. It should be single entry long stay.

Ask ko lang po kung my chance po ba maapproved visa ko kung magaapply po ako uli? Nadenied ung visa ko before. Wala kase akong experience since student pa ko and ang nalagay namin Multiple type. Hindi na ko nakapag appeal nag face to face na.😢 And balak ko magapply uli after my graduation pero join family na kase residents ung father ko dun. Hindi ba sya makakaapekto pag kumuha ako uli 😔

Hello po, may question lang po ako, nag apply po ako for a long-stay (join family) visa and is currently awaiting decision. Nag submit po ako nung november 2022 but until now wala pa din decision. yung IRP card ng misis nagexpire nung march 2023 at may bagong card na sya, lumipat din siya ng apartment. Do I have to email the immigration department about her new address and send them a copy of her new IRP card? Sana po may makasagot sa tanong. Thank you.

Hi, what if both parents is nasa ireland na, both citizen na holding irish passport then balak na nila kunin ung anak nila dito sa pinas, pwede bang close relatives nalng ang maglakad ng visa nila since both nasa ireland ung parents? and is Join Family visa same as family reunification?

Hello, not an immigration expert. Depende sa age ng applicant, if minor, need ng consents from parents. You can ask the relatives to assist in compiling docs, but the child has to be present during VFS submission

Sa pag apply ng work visa thru VFS need po yung original copies nang contract at permit?or pwd lng mga scanned copies lng ang e present And aslo yung contract ba naka POLO verified na in submitting sa VFS? Kasi scanned copy palng yung contract ko ,may na received na ako email coming from DETE yung approved work permit ko.

Scanned copy lang ng original permit. Most of the contract POLO verified.

On process pa kasi yung POLO verified. Baka pwd lng e submit yung signed contract lng na hindi pa na POLO verified

Yung garda vetting should be processed here in IE. Sometimes ung employer mo will send a link for you to complete. Bank statement is from IE no need. Kung sa pinas, request lng from the bank

There’s is no specific amount actually. Basta make sure that your bank statement will reflect that you can support their living in IE
