The pivit brackets don't have any holes. This is mentioned a lot in the amazon reviews. I'm confused how the locking system works so I just don't want to start drilling holes in the pivit bracket. Is there a template that could show precisely where to drill this hole onto the pivit bracket. Also, can you show a video on how the locking bracket works to secure the table top in table mode or in the bench mode.

There is a nub in screw holes. Slam the screw through it before attaching to the top. Your stringers for a 6' bench should be 5' or a hair longer.

What's happening when the 2 bolts don't go through the bench ends and they are perfectly aligned? Like it's not a clear way through.

you only predrilled some boards, why not all?
