20 years kalichi 3C ku enna vanga mudiyum nu sollunga bro, inflation account panni. todays value of what amount is equivalent to 3c after 20 years with inflation at 6 percent?
Rs 3C after 20 years will have the same purchasing power that we have today with Rs 94L. * a 1.5BHK apartment worth Rs 40L today, will cost Rs 1.25C after 20 years. * Bike worth Rs 85K today, will cost Rs 2.73L aft 20 years. * Car worth Rs 6L today, will cost Rs 19.5L aft 20Y. * 1Litre petrol worth Rs 101 today, will cost Rs 323 aft 20Y. This is based on the assumption inflation is at 6% p.a. Rs 3C after 20 years is still a good amount but will not have the same value as that of today. Bro it is a nice video.. Loved your calculation part very much👍 But I disagree in one point that you mentioned Guarenteed ah varum nu... apdi solla mudiyadhu bro... Definitely it's not Guarenteed... only possible if India grows at the same pace like last 20 years.. I strongly believe India will definitely grow in a faster pace but still we cannot say it's a guaranteed way of achieving 3cr.. En apdi sonnen na even many ppl who dont even knw the basics of share market may blindly beleive it as a guranreed.. So just for ur safer side, u can give a disclaimer that's it not guaranteed 😊 keep doing these kind of useful videos.. I have subscribed ur channel today!!
