I CAN'T BELIEVE I FORGOT TO ADD A BUSINESS SIGN I AM SO SORRY
Obviously I need to build more community lots. Anyway, ever wonder what makes a good café a good café? It should reflect the world around it! The architectural style, furniture layout, room arrangement, table size, and additional services should reflect, to the best of your ability, the people (ok, Sims) that will be using it. I build two in this video but hopefully you will feel inspired to build anywhere. My Mt Komorebi hot spring café could become your San Myshuno karaoke café, or indoor playground café in San Sequoia

Amazing guide! It's a shame we can't actually own cafes in-game without mods :( honestly the fact that this pack gave us EVERYTHING needed for the players to actually own cafes only to NOT make cafés ownable was a real EA moment

It would be so lovely to actually be able to own businessess. I feel like that would add a big goal to the game, you know? Building up a business empire? It's my understanding you could do that in Sims 3 and many players miss that feature.

I tried making my first cafe (as a Christmas tree lot and shop) about 2 weeks ago. I had all the things I needed for the café and no Sims enter the lot! The townies just stand outside of the lot being grumpy about it. Any idea what I did wrong?

That sounds so cute. Do you have any lot traits that might be causing issues with accessibility, are the doors accessible and not blocked by decor or missing stairs, and are any of the doors locked behind a fame requirement?

Ooh that sounds really fun. Unfortunately I think the only sales tables to do the market part are in city living, Eco lifestyle, and home chef hustle though 🤔

@@sahm_and_bean just like a random prop building of some sort ig?I think they have a sims session stand which might work, and u can use the hustle pack too!

@@sahm_and_beanthere's the sims session selling table on the gallery. it (and other sims session items) used to be in the debug menu but got removed. however, lots of simmers uploaded them onto the gallery so you can download them and have functional, bgc, selling tables and tents and outdoor lightbulb strings (like the one in toddlers stuff) without needing any packs.
