Thanks for taking the time to watch my video on how to build a climbing hangboard. The only way to send V7's & 5.13's when you climb outside or at your local gym is with extra training. Hangboards are a fantastic way to develop finger & forearm strength. If there is an upside to this covid-19 pandemic, it's given climbers extra time to train. Have fun, Be safe, & TRAIN HARD!

Wow. Been looking at many videos to see how I could build on for our school. Hey this one is awesome! Still will combine with another design as a hang bar would be nice too. Really like you video and your workbench looks like mine!

Really nice video! And also inspiring. I am planning to build a hangboard for my fiancé and looking for some tutorials. I only have one big router and I never worked with it before but I thought it might be the best tool for this job. And I dont have a skill or table saw, just a Jigsaw and different Handsaws. Did you use different routers? No idea if I will come to an useable result. But I will watch this video again and make some notices before I start... :-)

Sorry for the late reply! I hope your project turn out wonderful! I did use different routers but the second router I used is really all you need (link is below). If you want it to be perfect you would need a plunge router, but in my opinion any router will do. It all depends on your level of "perfection." You can make all the cuts needed with a jigsaw as well.
