a cable cart between the last monorail station where the bus line starts and the expo would be an amazing trip to get to the new island build too. They both have suitable space for the end station!

I was also thinking that especially for the expo center and aquarium, there's monorail right across the river. But this is even better! Imagine that cable car ride over the river, right next to that path.

11:13 Some of the best baseball parks are by water. When Barry Bonds was close to setting the homerun record there were fans with kayaks waiting in the water listening to the game on waterproof radios. Ready to get the ball if the record setting homerun happened to go in that direction. I think New Tealand deserves a waterfront baseball experience.

I think a great name for either the national park or one of the smaller ones in another district would be Looseleaf (National) Forest. Referencing Loose Leaf tea, but also an inviting name for a relaxing forest.

You know, I really want Biffa to rearrange the new island. Why, well, we have (from left to right): Expo, Aquarium, Theatre, Aquatics. With a reordering we could get the initials to be TEAA. Or ATEA. I mean, TEA is right there in the building names! 😁

Damn you Biffa. I got myself a laptop and installed cities skylines with many of your recommended mods. I don't get to do any city building as i am spending 2 hours perfecting a highway interchange or arterial roundabout. What's worse is that i will replace it 10 minutes later as i need to make room for expansions. I love it!

4:39 RIP poor little rock, you've given life to alder trees. You may name that island just PreTea Island. I'd add some beach related things: amusement, pier to jump into water, swimming buoys and fencing, water attractions or whatever exists in game. You can let people swim or kayak across this ducts. There's shallow pond in nature reserve park, perfect for children

Glad you got to ferry network there, that felt obvious to me. I was wondering if it made sense to send the monorail to the new island rather than the bus network. That can take advantage of the fact it's elevated. Separately, instead of making new rocks, why don't you #RehomeTheRocks from their vacation in Alien Rock Park?

You mention that with the baseball field they'd be knocking balls into the sea - it's a real thing! There's a stadium in San Fransisco that is backed up against the ocean, people sit out behind it in kayaks and try to catch home runs.

Biffa! There are planty of online and youtube researchs claiming that rocks moved to "rock parks" or other kinds of rock captivity COMPLETELY STOPS MATING. This has a huge impact on the rock population, and another solution must be found!

A good way to get power to jump across water is to use the wave power station. Just sits in the water, gives you a little power boost and helps bridge those power gaps across water :)

Came-a-mile proper-teas (chamomile properties), for your new complex, since you have to go out of your way to get there. Another good tea-related name would be the Rooibos Roost Resort.

28:28 Thank you! I kept thinking the end of that island needed a little something and that looks amazing. Whatever it gets named I think it needs to needs to do a twin/opposite thing with the other sliver island next to it.... A Pair A Tea islands if you will. (Parity) Or ParTea islands (Party). Especially if there is a golf course on the other island.

A drawbridge or another type of opening bridge would be cool for the bridges so theoretically you could have boats going through.

A couple of ideas for the new island. First, you should put in some police and fire services, as they would otherwise take too long to get there. Second, how about putting in a narrow and elevated train stop? That would be useful to bring people from the rest of the city to this area. Third, you should mark the area as "leisure" and put in some commercial buildings, as those would fit in nicely with the theme of the island. Finally, why don't you take the monorail across to the new island? This would give an additional access point so that people doesn't have to go down the highway to reach the island.

The islands name could be "Tootea Island" as it is like a shape of a tooth (incisors 'for reference') And it has an Italian ring on it like "tutti" which means ALL or EVERYONE is invited to the new entertainment place of New Tealand.

Biffa I love your content and really enjoy watching your stuff. I wanted to give a bit of a suggestion. The densely populated and tall are near the airport doesn't really look so realistic, especially the way some roads are literally right off the tarmac. You're obviously the professional and it's your city I just wanted to add my 2 cents. Thank you for your content!!!

Hi Biffa! Your tree selection and shrub selection has improved MILES since last year. But you need to get some new rocks! Use the kind that are floating in your "alien rock park". They are available on the workshop, and because you can rotate them and raise and lower them, the look MUCH better than the "rectangular boulders" you currently use. They even come in different colors.

Potential names: For the whole area: Oo-Long Island, nodding at New York's Long Island, and at Oolong tea. And the geographic shape of the island, of course. Next, for the individual buildings on the island: 1. Theatre: Welcome to the Teatre; 2. Expo centre: The ExposiTeaon; 3. London Eye: The London Tea-saucer / Storm in a Teacup; 4. Aquatic centre: The AquaTeac Centre; 5. Aquarium: The Tea Tank; And you can call the beach: The Tea Coast Additional names for consideration for the future: For one of your smaller islands: And finally, The Teany-Tiny Island; For a high-income suburban area: Orange-Tea County; A ship museum?: Tea-conderoga; A romantic destination: Tea amo; A Jewlery store: Teafany; A dinosaur exhibition: Tea-Rex; Broadcasting station / discos & clubs: Tean Pan Alley; A volcano: Black Tea Mountain / Steaming Tea Mountain Cheers.

Why not branch off the monorail line near alien rock park and add a station at the Expo Center. Lots of Expo Centers feature monorails? The monorail could continue on along those islands to your next build. Also, right now this island has only one access road, which would make it a death trap in case of an emergency. I'd loop another road from the Expo Center back towards the other junction.

You can name the island “Liber-Tea (liberty) Island”. That’s the name of the island that the Statue of Liberty is on so maybe you could put that on it or some smaller statue just for the reference.

Hello Biffa, Some what of new subscriber here. Have you thought about hiding parking garages in buildings? For example, placing the underground parking garage, then using the moveit mod to just place it into the expo center? In a way that it looks goo of course. Not sure if that would work.

It's a part of nature reserve, edges should stay natural. Possibly, a bit between ferry pier and floating cafe could be embanked by quay wall, that would be nice.

@@thesheq5023 I don't think the game lets one stack objects. I haven't got this game installed, I can't check. Otherwise, it must be the best application for saved rocks: habitants and tourists can come and attach their rocks. Heck of a job if even possible. But idea is faaantastic.
