How to Build a Food Truck: Which Floor to use 

Hope someone did not already mention this but here it is. The glue amount is dictated by your trowel teeth size. The glue bucket should tell you what size trowel to use. The issue with this subfloor could be that is was painted and and not plain plywood. That effected the drying of the glue since the vinyl is not permeable to allow drying from the top. Next I am glad to see you got a roller. Not rolling is what gave you bubbles last time as well. Last, when you glue next time fold the floor hotdog style and glue the long way of the floor. You can glue yourself to the vinyl and sit on the vinyl without creasing and finish laying glue, flap it down fold the other half up to the glue line and repeat.

I noticed the floor pattern is different. Was there a price difference between this diamond and the coin on the prior truck?

I just caught a glimpse of your door in the beginning of this video. Is that the door it came with (including the latch)? I currently have a thinner plywood with the steel arm latch (like on the back door) and can't figure out how to get the latch? Also, how do you open the door from inside? I couldn't tell in the video.

Hey Frank I'm working with a step van with aluminum floors. How would you frame that out? Would you put down plywood wood on top of that before the coin gray flooring?
