For an N/A setup, would you recommend the CSS process for the short block with a BC billet stroker crankshaft, Carrillo Rods, and 96mm Wiseco Pistons w/11:1 CR?

Not only does the CSS process strengthen the cylinder from cracking, it stabilizes the cylinder to reduce micro movements and it allows the block to transfer heat away from the combustion area quicker than water which reduces your potential for detonation, unlike a thick ductile iron sleeve which will hold heat in the combustion area increasing your potential for detonation. So yes, in all high performance applications the CSS process is a net benefit.
