Thanks for this video. I was about to spend $800 on a 64ah headway bank but after this I think I can make my own from 1 of those Superbeast from battery hookup. Then I can save money and possibly even have a larger battery pack. Thanks again.

I’m trying to make one bank for my JP63 and JP234 that’s about 8,300 watts rms gonna have 2 runs of 0 gauge welding wire from my xs power d3400 to the rear to my bank big 3 but I’m gonna run a stock alternator for now from what I’ve heard I should be ok till I get some more funds for a 250-320 amp alt or something

You can use a $10 4s balancer and it'll work fine but I would use something like this. 3S 4S 5.5A Capacitor Active Equalizer Balancer Lifepo4 Lithium Lipo Battery Energy Transfer Active Equalization Whole Group Balancer a.co/d/7HweXFw
A good rule of thumb is 1,000 watts per every 10ah of lithium. So around 9,600 but without a good alt it will take forever to recharge. The voltage will just keep dropping.
I don't run these but I was told by a few people. If you turn the key for a few seconds before starting the car. The battery will cycle and start just fine no matter the temperature.
These were built for a friend of mine. Can't beat the price on these but I do agree. I personally run Cmax in my build but a lot of people will say get rid of them too.
@@TheBiohazardSuburban cmax is the only way to go. I built that exact headway bank you built in this video for a friend. He bought it because it was cheap. But he still $1000 into it by the time he machined his own bars. Dual 320 alts it won’t support 10,000 watts. Terrible. Anyway great video. Shows people how to construct a cap bank of any brand.
