For attaching the extra slats, use a brad nailer - not actual nails! I know I said nail gun - but I (apparently) meant brads. Thanks to my husband for the terminology lesson/correction. 🤓
Thanks! Yeah, I managed to stress the tendon in my pinky fingers. Totally weird and crazy. Nigerian dwarf goats have smaller teats than full-sized goats and that definitely played into things.
