good creative for green screen

I just toured a studio in construction where the walls are simply painted green. the floor is not green, there are no curtains to prevent greenspill. It would be my job to manage this space if I were hired, but is this space even viable for clients as it is? Lots of hard edges on the walls and there's no curvature to connect the floor either. Also there's an echo and I'd imagine that people would have issues cleaning up their audio
