Check out my New Channel: / @foxandfound4452 I'm answering the biggest questions about my life size Tardis Console Room and showing you all how I built it so you can build your own! Pt. 2 currently filming. Send me your questions.
I watched this amazing man-child of mine while he laboured on this enigmatic masterpiece on our property for a period of about a year! Always fascinated by his never ending capabilities, ingenuity, creativity and tireless tenacity, he kept at it through all the successes and little fall-aparts, the rebuilds...and he never gave up or said this is too hard. It was so exciting. Yes it was a complex assignment but with patience and skill...it came together and still amazes me to this day! Well done Jayman.son...your TARDIS rocked our world and still does! :D
I love the lighting, please tell me that you did not add extra light for the video, because if the room itself has that kind of dramatic lighting it's especially cool
holy shit, he replied. that means he listens! since he listens i can speak my mind! i love your videos, i really enjoy them, and i hope that you get more recognition for your efforts, good luck with the future man. =)
One day I'm going to have my dining table be a 10th doctor tardis counsel and I can pull out little wood bits to use as the table part. Unfortuately, I have no house and no job bc I am child aged BUT ONE DAY
sorry for the super delayed reply. I used a car windscreen wiper motor and had to build a system of pulleys to hoist the rotor and it's counter balanced with a weight disk. You can see the details in my build diary "tardisbuilders.com/index.php?topic=3144"
haha actually, at the time I was just working a factory job. I was just lucky I got all the controls for free from my factory and most building material free cos my dad is a builder :)
