Love the contrast of the white cabinet with the beautiful Sapele top. The 2 part video flowed nicely. Really beautiful work. Great closeups of the router and hinge work.

Hi Jon,I loved the white with the accented door pulls and skirting, it really makes the cabinet pop.When you showed putting the top on the grain of the wood made it look as if the top did not match the lift up piece and looked as if the end was a little proud of the lid. I hope this was just a trick of the light in your studio but a really nice build as usual, a piece of furniture that wouldn't look out of place in any home.

Your craftsmanship is incredibly inspiring Jon! I'd also like to add that the way you explain things helps build confidence to tackle projects like these on our own. I'm a beginner when it comes to building any kind of furniture or cabinets, but from your videos the biggest take-away is that it comes down to time, materials, accuracy, and a systematic approach. I don't have a tenth of the tools, nor the workshop, but still I think I would be able to do a lot of the same things by following your lead. Thanks again, and looking forward to more videos in the future!

Winner of a video, been searching for "build kids bookshelf" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Venoffison Wooden Exploration - (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my buddy got amazing success with it.

What a beautiful cabinet! When designing projects for electronics alway remember that the project will very likely outlive the electronics so you must design maximum flexibility in from the start. For this project, I would have had the lid span the entire width of the cabinet box to be able to fit the biggest TV the cabinet can handle at a later date. I am envious of your workshop.
