My son Charlie Jr and his wife Jess ordered a new double wide Park Model (4 Bdrms, 2-1/2 Baths). As a housewarming present, we were asked to build them some 'temporary' steps to get up into the Park Model. Much to my sons surprise, steps need to be built a lot more sturdy to pass building codes so you can get an Occupancy Permit! The best part of this project was getting quality time with both my son and wife (and granddaughter Charlotte) as they were quite helpful during the build, and learned a lot about construction!
