Really appreciate the video. I have been gathering tools to be able to make a grill or two just like you have. I now have to purchase some metal for the drill. With a new Acteline Torch I will be buying two gasses locally. Hope to get a good deal on the two tanks. Looking forward to some great builds. Im problem will be If it turns out too well, I won't be wanting to get rid of it.
Yeah I usually liked them quite a bit when I was done with them, but when you’re building you’ll come up with all these ideas and you’ll already be itching to build the next!
Nice, I have been waiting on my build, the only thing holding me back, is i cant figure out the size of the throat, from fire box to the cooking chamber, I tried to use the website with the calculator, and i haven't been able to figure it out, any pointers will be greatly appreciated.
When I build them, I put the top of the firebox at the middle of the smoke chamber, really it’s not an exact science, if you are bigger or smaller it will affect it, but not enough to really notice, if youre trying to get it perfect, put it like mine and then add some tuning plates, then you can really dial it in
