Quantum set is a topic I’ve seen a lot of theory crafters talking about because of the def pen on her lightcone This might be really strong if you run a team around it Pela Silver wolf and Fuxan would be best because your 50/50 chance to apply ice or Quantum weakness this is great because of the def reduction quantum set and lightcone offer 35%defense ignore this out performs the ice set by 15% not including buffs
Yes, you have a point, but I think that further testing needs to be done tho to confirm it. So, I'd say if this is the build you are aiming for, wait for like a week until people can confirm it ; )

I'm not too far away from 300 Standard Warps. I will be choosing Bronya. I also have Fu Xuan and Lynx. I also have Bailu as an alternative Healer. So if I get Jingliu, my Team Comps are already decided
Im already having all i need for her and 100 summon tickets ready to go my go to team will probably be pela bronya and bailu and if my calcs are corect my jingliu should in her enhanced state have 100 crit rate to 200 crit damage with about 3k attack so shes going to just demolish everything 😂
The one where you get free crit rate and advanced action first(passive ?) , the 50% crit rate is probably from max level and you'd want that as soon as possible
Yes this. I'd say upgrade her talents first since the talent is where the damage boost came from and you also get a huge amount of crit rate boost as well. Then you should probably do the skill and ult : D
