I’m 50 and I love your content. You have inspired me to have a productive morning routine: I get up at 430 have tea and meditate, work out then I get ready for work and out the door by 7am. I find my morning routine is for me to be nurturing to myself before I have to give to everyone else 😊
My morning routine : wake up...water ...get dressed for homeworkout ...this is the time necessary for my body to wake up and be ready for my workout and I LOVE MEDITATE AFTER WORKOUT
I have been in a loop of dread from a horrible work experience and now I’m trying to get back to searching for work and figuring it out and I play a loop in my head of “am I just lazy?” “Is this an excuse?” “Why can’t I snap out of it😫?”
@@Echolyris212 I feel you! You’re not lazy at all! Take the time you need and ease into it! Job searching can be exhausting! I’m rooting for you girly! 🫶🏾
Hiiiiiiiii beautiful my first is definitely prayer and everything else falls right in place for me appreciate you sharing this motivation video as always 🤲🏾🫶🏾❤️💪🏿💪🏿
I felt soo good this summer getting in my routine excercising and eating better …. Then work started back im a teacher so I been feeling the dread and I’m just not happy in my environment most days I feel like I’m falling in old patterns waking up late now feeling unmotivated and then coming home and feeling the same way. I just was hoping this year would be different for me …
I’m so excited for the videos coming! I was literally just about to ask for exactly what you’ll be posting! You’re such a great resource and encouragement! 🙌🏾🤍
Bring realistic this year and building new habits instead of vegging in the summer so I’m not trying a reset when I go back as an educator has made all the difference with my consistency.
Just went back to study, and I need to get organised in regards to that! In terms of fitness I'm so proud that I now workout 5 times a week and walk a lot! I think I should do study after my workout, think they call it habit stacking. It's hard for me to stay disciplined in this area...
I was gonna pass by this video because I assumed it would be like the other content on this topic. Silly me. Glad I didn’t listen to myself. The last tip “Read The Room”. So real. I just had a board meeting with myself where I was not going to start my personal reset routine until I go on a work sabbatical next month. I was going to put myself into a cycle of adding to the burn out I feel. Great video and content.
