In this video, KnifeKits.com shows how to build a beautiful liner lock knife kit called the DDR3-RC. Hi Chris. The DDR3-RC is a liner lock. The one you want is the DDR3-BL (Button Lock). www.knifekits.com/vcom/ddr3-button-lock-folder-folding-knife-kit-p-20.html . Get the .375 High or Maxx Torque spring on our site. It's a drop-in upgrade. Thanks for watching!

Any chance of a run of these being done with the tactical bolsters. I believe that is what the slanted ones were called. Also if I wanted to use either G10 or Micarta what thickness would I need. Thanks.

I'm not a fan of the bolsters. Can I leave them off and make custom scales to fit the full handle length?

It's a 2-part threaded design. Grab both heads with pliers and turn counter-clockwise. Make sure to use a thin piece of leather or rubber between the plier jaws and stud heads to avoid scratching. If they've been installed with thread locker, heat it first.

I have a Ez Smith Diy Knife kit. I have been trying to figure out how to assemble it by dry fitting. I absolutely do not get it. It's as if the holes are drilled in the wrong place. Can you help? It is model WGLB
