As always my favorite RU-vid mechanic does a great job. I would love to have you LS swap my chevelle and/or my 84c10. We gonna have to work something out somehow my friend. Thanks for all your videos man
I'm a Mopar guy but I love your content! I'm doing a hemi swap on my truck and I'm using a Corvette fuel filter/regulator 😂 Wish I would of gone aluminum lines. Ptfe really does get expensive. I needed 6an for my fuel system and 8an for my transmission! Keep up the good work! I'm noticing your video quality is improving!
Thank you for posting this. I'm not currently a square body owner, but looking to get into rebuilding one soon. This really helps make what seems difficult, less stressful. Helps to show how rewarding this hobby can be working on your own square body
Never knew about those "Corvette" fuel pumps. I'm wondering some more pros and cons to it. I guess only that it's 2 in 1 if one goes bad. and it can't be adjusted. But for fuel injection you shouldn't need to adjust it, like you said, under 400 HP or so. Nice. I will check more into this later.
It was really common back in the day, it's a filter/regulator. Limits the fuel to 58psi. Which is perfect for stock to mild builds. And they are cheap enough now that you can just throw a new one in every couple 10k miles
Hi! i just found your channel and i saw how much trouble you had with your sniper EFI, i recommend the edlebrock pro-flo 4 it’s more expensive but from my experience i’ve had zero issues with it unlike the holley. i’d say don’t shy away from efi conversions cause of it and if you have the funds to try it.
Does this regulator set up with the one single feed line going up to intake work on all la swaps? Is it the same for all engines or is there another were you have to run 2 lines up front?
Some intakes have a return on the fuel rail. In that case you either run a separate filter and two lines all the way up or convert it to a return less rail
