How to Build the ULTIMATE Depths Tank! | Tears of the Kingdom 

They have one of those tanks in their main hideout on the surface. They call it "The Gloomdredger" apparently. If you slap a new wheel on it, they guy will yell at you, but it'll still be in your autobuild history.

Instuctions unclear, a baby Frox somehow got inside my vehicle.

Two things: 1. I find it much easier to stand the flux core up and attach the motor to it from above. Makes it a lot easier to centre. 2. After you've finished the build and saved it, you can greatly reduce the zonaite cost by taking out all the non unique items first (wheels, construct heads, weapons, stake and steering stick)

A tip to add a bit extra- you can attach a shock emitter to the gap behind the spikes. They're made of metal, and the body of the tank will be electrified for some extra defense. Just make to wear the thunder helm while driving.

As a machinist and tinkerer, I've wanted so badly to start fiddling with zonai BS. Unfortunately, I just haven't been able to get into that creative mindset of using things outside of their "intended" purposes. But this has already shown me several things I never considered, like the Flux Core and powering the motor with a shock emitter! Great video, great build, and great tutorial!

Seriously love this build, for ease of getting out, try attaching a cart upside down (flat surface facing down) at the very top of the main vehicle.

This design is SICK! Definitely going to have to see about giving this a try in my next run.

The pulsing effect is very clever.

I was thinking maybe to improve this is to slap one of the big motorized fans/propellers from the shrines onto the back so that it can generate enough thrust to climb steep cliffs, hills and mountains. I saw one build use something similar and it was extremely effective, it essentially made it truly all-terrain. I'd recommend looking into it further and experimenting with the big motorized fan.

If you’re really cheap, there is a mine cart like the one used here in a part of Hyrule castle still on the ground. I believe it’s in a tunnel on the north side.

What's more likely with the construct heads is that when the first one targets an enemy, it lets the second one activate, target, and activate the device.

I liked this design, until I made it and determined that unless you fasten canons to the forward canon grate, your camera gets locked inside. It provides a great amount of protection, so for that it's good. The spinning parts in front are either just for appearance or for mining purposes, but don't do much damage. My canons got knocked off by a silver bokoblin, so odds are the same will happen to others. That left me little to attack with. '^^ It's good for being a lower cost build.

You can yoink the minecart from Hyrule castle, under the west passage.

It's scary how similar this is to a vehicle I made a couple weeks ago.

3 wheel all terrain armored personal carrier, with mine clearing device in front

This should be obvius, but some parts in the tank you can pull out of your inventory like the wheels, the beam emitters, etc. Using as many parts from my inventory as possible with 3 beam emitters and no cannons for the weapons, the autobuild costed 12 zonaite. Very cheap considering how useful it is and how much zonaite you can get from farming with the tank

What if you put the flux core in the ground and attach the motor to that; maybe it will be easier to center? What does the flux core do anyway? Act like a drill when it hits the zonai ore?

The issue that I'm having is trying to figure out how to attach eight lasers and have them all pulse instead of constantly shooting. I can do it with one laser but eight is difficult.

I can't quite seem to get it right. I'm having trouble seeing up the drill in front. It's wobbling more than it should and I'm not sure how to se the motor together properly.

Does pulsing help with energy conservation, or is it strictly a damage thing?

So does rotating the flux core actually break rocks, without breaking itself?

All my big builds disappear while using them after about 30 seconds... 😢 I am using them to fight Gleeoks though.

I tried this by attaching an apple to the yiga base and favorited it to my auto build and it charged me for every piece on the yiga base. For me not 3 zonaite. Maybe because of a update?

I noticed that you don't have any shadow statues marked in the depth, does that mean your only using decayed weapons Instead of pristine weapons? Break the decayed weapons above ground if you want the perfect version ti be found on all those shadow statues 😮😅🎉

Hm... my little tank is more simple and also more deadly.... spikes infront 4 whells 2 cannons on top and 3 beams infront. Also spring in back to get in and out.

I tried this and it sucks. Camera keeps going inside it, going in it is annoying, getting out is annoying, tips over easily, can’t mine well, breaks apart at a gust of wind, and it is NOT explosion proof.

What the hell is the apple about? How about giving that an explainer why don't you?
