Great energy and tips! Here are some tips as a old pro. Want to make money the fastest? Write 25 - 50 banging songs, find a good publisher and get a nice advance. The publisher will shop your songs, place them and the royalties and more advances will come. If you can't write songs and you are just a producer/beat maker, find a publisher that places music in film/TV, get an advance and keep rolling. Mistake #1, don't put money first! Show what you can do. Get a job, tell them I will mix and master for you and if you don't like it, you don't have to pay. Mix a verse and a chorus and send it to them, they like it, you finish it and get paid. When I first started, as a teenager, I was a pro session musician, I played on a lot of million dollar hits in the 80's and never got paid a dime. Instead I watched everything, I was quiet and acquired millions of dollars in knowledge. Now, I am a walking time capsule and know ever nook and cranny in almost every hit studio in L.A. Eventually the money will come, focus on your craft first. It is better to have a regular job and offer your services for free and build your brand.

Great video. For the goals side of things, I would suggest setting them as actionable goals you can do rather than outcomes that happen to you. No one can just get a million streams. Whether someone listens to you or not, or whether someone likes your music is outside of your control. Not to mention whether or not a million people like your music. However, you can set actionable goals such as working on a song for a specific amount of time each day, research a marketing plan, sign up for a songwriting class, etc. You can control whether or not you do the things that make success more or less likely, but you cannot control whether or not you achieve success.

Your VISION BOARD…can you please cover more about this aspect? ☮️

Great inspirational, informative, positive video, sparked off a few ideas and encouragement for me. If anything could be improved on in the video presentation, I would suggest maybe far less of the Video Comping, not that it was bad, but just a bit distracting (for me anyway, maybe Im too old!!) The part near the end didn't seem to have much Comping and for me it was more natural and smoother to watch, otherwise, all great.

Holy crap this is best video I think I've ever seen on the topic of music and business, and I've been on this road professionally since 2016!! I have a degree in music, and unfortunately I've been sucked into the mass courses and such before too, spending sometimes hundreds of dollars on stupidity (how to dress, what times to post on social media-type garbage 🤦🏻‍♀). THANK YOU SO MUCH for this video!!! It's incredibly inclusive, inspiring, and well thought out. This came at the perfect time for me, thank you. 🥹🤍
