There will never be anything for average people. And the game will never be fun for gamers since investors are the only ones who can afford to get in and they don't game. They buy land and do nothing with it and just hold it hoping to sell for a profit. Will end up a dead world. Then they'll rug pull sand since what, 70% is held by the creators.
@@smode983 Thank you. I'm sitting here trying to get in and my dad is interested in it too, but we look at the prices and they're completely unrealistic for the average income. I don't think the normal person has just $10K+ sitting around to dump into virtual land. And those who do are selfish because they are already well off save it for the ones who aren't. But I know how the world works nothings fair. I hope these people lose big time for playing that unfair game and using people.
Hey friend. I was just curious whats the minimum you have to have in order to buy a very low priced land in metaverse? I mean the prices I looked on opensea were in 2 eth ranges. Are there any cheap land available for a newbie who wants just get in? Thanks.
Prices will go down as soon as they make more of those slutty processing cards. But then the next generation of processing cards will take even longer to produce because they'll perform even better. And by then they'll be a multiverse of crypto coins to produce. It's a weird cycle. Interesting patterns to note for the future.
I don’t get it. It’s artificial scarcity. There’s limited plots now but what’s keeping them from releasing more plots. This is just another second life, and there will be more examples coming. These prices will only sustain if no one else enters this market, which of course they will, and larger companies will likely do it better.
Precisely, could not agree more. It’s honestly scary how crazy the worlds heading right now. I’d rather pay for actual land/property rather than something virtual. last time I checked, we are human and need food in our bellies and a roof over our head. ,do not see the point in buying Sim/Sum City style land in a universe that can be turned off by a switch, or like you said, keep expanding and growing, making these plots worthless.
Hi Jimmy! Thanks for the info, even though I get we are early for this, SAND's already up by 9000% since January (for good reason) is there any token you know which is similar in its nature to SAND that can be worth investing on?
Hey so thank you so much for the video. Very informative. Really good content and useful information. I just bought some land myself. Super excited about it. Only problem is, I linked my meta with ETH, bought land. Tried to sell, and can not get past the “approve this item for sale stage” I’d literally be willing to pay you if you can help me list my land for sale “set price” I was so so excited to buy land and sell it, but here I am stuck… I put in a couple of tickets with hash transfer codes etc… no response. Searched RU-vid for detailed tutorials how to sell land and man there isn’t much out there with step by step, steps…. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
I like crypto and am invested in normal coins ADA XRP ETH etc but I really don't get this crap or NFT'S who has £8k to buy a computer graphic? Ridiculous really
Hi the land you bought is very small how will any one play games in it or perform some concerts or do any thing else what would someone do renting it? Plz enlight
I've only seen a couple people mention the pricing and you're one of them. I thought I was going crazy because no one else seems to mention the outrageous prices associated with buying virtual land. It's not feasible for the average person. No, this game is built for big time investor's.
@@jimmyispromo will it? Will it really? Are you giving financial advice right now? Are you saying that this thing that you have dumped loads of money into is good financial investment? I think that you know that you have dumped a bunch of money into this and the only waybto continue making money is to scam people into spending more money into it so you can in turn make more profit. You're a shill. Just a money making scheme for you
Sandbox the landowner, where you need to sign in to access the properties you bought, OpenSea the NFTs marketplace that including the buying and selling of land on Sandbox and other NFTs. You need to sign up for both, there is no fee to sign up.
I bought several pieces of land during the time I shoot this video. Most around 1.1-1.3 eth. The lowest price today is 2.6eth. Safe to-say i doubled my eth in that short time if i sell
History repeats itself, this is exactly like Second Life 16 years ago, except for the blockchain. I wonder how much electricity Sandbox is using for blockchaining the game.
Idk. I'm trying to be optimistic about this but I'm struggling to see the appeal here. It seems like people are spending thousands to play minecraft. There are vr games and apps for a fraction of the price and with better visuals
1. Who says bear market in 3 weeks? 2. Bear markets will be diff now with institutions involved 3. 3 weeks from now a ton is happening in the game. End result, prices will keep going up. Momentum is behind meta right now
From my understanding floor prices on good projects/collections usually go up.. because there’s people who trade crypto vs NFT traders so if ethereum is going down it obviously makes the land cheaper so people will load up ethereum just to buy the NFT (land in this case)
This doesn't show how rich I am. Shows I bought lots of ethereum on dips and also way cheaper than now. My average prices of eth is maybe 780 or 900. Hint hint, get on good projects now, people will think you're rich later.
Let’s say snoop has a concert.. is it possible to make a glow ring or necklace. Hang out in front of concert and sell them as asset???? So want to buy land.
Is that the whole “game”? Just buying and do nothing? Is there any gameplay or it’s a ponzi where you need to be first and try to get out before ponzi crash? Is there any gameplay? You didn’t show anyo
@@jimmyispromo nothing against you of course lol obviously smart to get in when you can I'm just now hear8ng about some of these games and seems like now it's too late
Not necessarily for the rich. Could have been the people who bought sand 1 month ago for $.80 Or those who bought ethereum a year or two ago. Get on projects and good cryptos early.
shut up.god doesnt need a son like us humans. he created men to worship him. similar to adam no mother or farther and rest of his messengers throughout history.
Unless your brain gets uploaded to this 2 bit pixelated land when your body dies. This animated Sims world has absolutely no value. Careful holding the bag Jimmy all I see is a sticker on a wall of greed. Any money the big name sponsors were given those large squares you see. I can't imagine giving everything I own for a blip on the screen. Good luck to you, you have bigger balls and deeper pockets than me.
Short sighted to say this is like Sims. The idea is to make it so you don't need a monitor, keyboard and mouse. You just put on a light headset and you're in the internet, instead of typing www and going to the a website you'll teleport to a digital store. Instead of me cussing you out here I can do it with my avatar. You wont need to buy a TV in the real world, just put on your headset and watch your 200 inch TV in the metaverse that's connected to Netflix.
This NFT Metaverse is so stupid. This turns a game that could be all about fun, sharing, and creativity and turns it into money hungry greedy garbage. Sorry but this is so stupid.
@@jimmyispromo I'm not sure I agree, it sounds like a risky investment to me where is value could go through the floor, but but maybe time will prove me wrong.
