In this video, I'll show you how I cleared the airbag light on my Nissan Xterra. This should also work on a Frontier of the same generation.
When you switch to an aftermarket steering wheel or do anything involving the airbag in your vehicle, the airbag light will flash in the dashboard. On Nissan vehicles, it's pretty easy to reset.

UPDATE: I do not recommend using the small resistors. I've burned through 2 of them on my Xterra and two of them in my Ranger. I recently when back and just used the one supplied by NRG. They are 2.2 ohms where the smaller ones I used in this video are only 2 ohms. If your steering wheel adapter did not come with the resistor, you can get them here:
