Hey Kris I may actually have something that legit outperforms a lease option. I'm getting a 19.57% CoC return in a class A neighborhood (which is basically unheard of) and you don't ever have to sell. How do I enter this contest?

Depends. Sometimes it’s included and sometimes the renter needs to pay for it. It usually comes down to the local city and the way they do things

What if appreciation changes during the lease option? If it skyrockets and you are obligated to sell it at the previously agreed price?

Good question. You’re thinking. Listen, I never set an agreed-upon price. That’s what is so special about the way that I do my lease options. I like in all of the positive website from appreciation without having any downside

@@KrisKrohn how can you get a buyer to agree to buy without an agreed upon price? What is the wording in your contract that leaves it open?

@@AberrantArt sounds like it is set up so the buyer never gets the property or without paying through the teeth. Would not want to be on that end of the deal. However as the owner of the property it sounds intriguing tell us more Kris!
