Hey guys, I appreciate all the comments and emails over the years. I'm overjoyed to know that these videos, my book and other programs have helped so many others struggling with anxiety.

This program is the culmination of all my years of hard work in creating something that can help everyone struggling with anxiety. I get too many emails and messages to ever be able to respond to all of them, just know that this program is flat out what works and get you to where you want to be.
I wish you the best with your recovery, please just follow what I teach in the program and know that you can find peace in your life. I'm living proof. I was an absolute wreck with anxiety, and if I can have a complete recovery... anyone can.
Those scary thoughts will likely never go away, and that's okay... you'll learn that they don't have any real power anyways, and that you're 100% in charge of your life and how you live your life.
I believe in you and know that you're going to come out of this just fine. Stick with the program, keep pushing yourself, and I promise you won't believe how amazing the freedom feels on the other side.

I don't wish panic attacks on anyone. They are horrible! Meds didn't work, and some made them worse. Techniques like this are wonderful. Thank you!

I always freak out for finals. I started shaking uncontrollably and can't even focus. I feel sick to my stomach and get so freaked out I feel like I'm gonna pass out. Which is weird because most my grades are great. This helps thank you.

I dont usually get stomach pain my heart feels like its trying to get out of my chest and i start shaking and im just saying to myself in my head "oh god, oh god,oh god" and i just start shaking. Bad thing is, it would end up with me self harming, even in school (im in 8th grade) and my friends would get really worried

Thank you so much, I've suffered from anxiety attacks from a young age, and they keep happening. As soon as I watched this video I burst into tears, since almost all videos I've watched on anxiety tips talk about how the brain works and no actual answer. But I feel better now that I'm not alone. I'm so happy I've herd it from someone else who knows what it's like, and a simple go to answer. So thank you.

I just had a really bad anxiety attack and was trying to calm myself down like I always try to afterwards... But it was really not working this time so in my panicked state, I looked up how to calm an anxiety attack and here I am... I tried it and I started to tear up because it actually worked. Something about this guy's voice was really soothing too... So glad I looked this up.

I have extreme panic attacks when I get to school and when I'm out in public..I literally can't breathe or move and I stand there motionless and can't speak..this helped me..thank you.

Thank you that helped SO much. I know to some people, this may seem like an obvious technique, like many techniques for anxiety, but when my anxiety is bad it's easy to forget to focus on something as simple as breathing. I'm sure I can't be the only one that finds themselves holding their breath in all day unintentionally.

I don’t know how to explain it but I always get stressed out and anxious from everyday things. For example, sometimes the night before I make a list in my head of what I’m going to do the next day. Such as cleaning my room, I want to get it done because I’m a neat freak, but then I get lazy and don’t do it. Then I start getting a panic attack and procrastinating even more just because I didn’t clean my room. Usually this happens on the weekends, and then when I don’t do it, it becomes the week. And I have even more things to worry and stress about like school. Which piles onto my things to do. Fml

Make it the first thing you do in the morning. No breakfast, nothing else. Wake up and clean! That way you won't lose sight of it, even if you clean for just 5 minutes.

*My workplace is going through some changes right now and everyone has been on edge. We are all working overtime and trying to squeeze a lot of work into short periods of time. Stress and anxiety are high. When I first saw these, I didn't have high hopes. I had tried other stuff that is supposed to help, such as vitamin B tablets, but they didn't seem to make a difference. It's weird how this method also stops the brain from this hyperactive mode that can easily hinder you from falling asleep. I have similar issues myself.

Learned this in therapy but never had success with it I felt like I got worse. I think my problem is the thoughts racing through my head won't stop and the fear increases then it's not only one thing I'm worrying about it's a million things. I just wish this went away and it never comes back.

This is so frustrating, I'm wondering if it even is anxiety I suffer with anymore and not something worse, my anxiety is extremely physical, that's the part I dont like, I don't mind feeling a little mentally worried about something, that's a breeze compared to what I go through, but when I'm on the edge of a panic attack (which is most of the time) breathing is the last thing I want to be thinking about yet everyone seems to say breathing techniques are the best option, deep breaths make me feel much worse because I just feel like I'm breathing in empty air, taking conscious control of my breathing at all makes everything worse, what the hell is wrong with me? Honestly It's been many years now, no matter what I try nothing works and Im actually going insane, and I'm becoming someone I don't like because of my frustration, I really feel so close to the end now.

+ProjectMoff When you feel it physically it means your body has a build up of Cortisol. Exercise helps reduce the amount of Cortisol. I hope this helps. Please don't give up. There is a supplement called Inositol. Buy it in powder form and 3 doses/day up to 2000 mg per day.

Another technique I use is exhale as much air as possible and hold for a count of ten then inhale and hold for ten then exhale slowly and hold for ten. After that you should be calm. You could even combine the breathing exercise with heart maths freeze frame technique.

well, theres 1 thing that ve been bothering me alot. and thats speaking in front of a group. today i was at this group with 40-50 people, and we were gonna present ourself 1 at the time. and god i got nervous, my heart started to beat like crazy, i felt the blood rushing to my head making my skin red, and i was just shaking. and that was just when i was waiting for my turn. well the presentation didnt go that well, but i dont really care about that. i was laughing at myself for being an idiot at the way home, even told my friends how stupid i looked and sounded. so yeah i dont care if people laugh or not. i think i have a fear of anxiety, meaning that i fear the fear (if that makes sense). i fear that people can see my fears, like when i was completely red, i feared that people saw that i was red. oh and after u presented myself (or tried to) the anxiety level fell down and was gone in 45 seconds or so. but yeah, am gonna go there tomorrow too, and present myself again. and am gonna try this technique and see if it works :P

I get very anxious when I'm going to eat out with my friends or on a date, cause I get really nauseous and sometimes I have to run to the restroom and throw up. It really pissess me off, I can't start a relationship cause I get so anxious around people I'm dating and I feel like throwing up everytime.

My advice is to be honest. If you communicate with your potential date over the internet (like tinder or something), let them know you have anxiety if you feel comfortable with sharing. Letting them know you may need to take some space to calm down does two things: it sets expectations so the person knows they haven't done anything wrong. And it also allows you to gauge their reaction to your mental health struggles. If they are accepting and kind, you may have find someone worth being with.

THANK YOU I am 16 and a British college student doing catering. Not because it's a passion but because life is stressful and so is professional catering and if I can get through this year course I can get through a lot more. I want to be in the military or security type work. And I have been having lately weird heartbeats it hurts my chest and I have been eating things like a banana yogurts to help it regulate from all the stress of college. Hi Jenny, I also have nights where I can't get to sleep, one thing that helps me is I add a couple of drops of lavender oil to a mist diffuser for an hour before I go to sleep and that helps me relax enough to get to sleep..

Skip to 2:37 or read instructions on how to calm down below: 1. Take a very deep breath and hold it in. 2. Tense every muscle in your body for 5-10 seconds. 3. Relax every muscle as you slowly exhale.

i love this video, i love how calm he is i feel like this is gonna work i got my first panic attack yesterday and it feels terrible i got it from my parents arguing about getting a divorce. they’ve been fighting about getting a divorce since i was a little kid ( i have two sisters and one brother both sisters are older then me and my brother is 12 ) i would always try to push my self on not worrying about it and i broke down yesterday bc they were saying where gonna get a divorce and the day before that my mom told my dad but she didn’t mean it. then i started to cry out loud to my self my parents heard they were in the kitchen then they said what’s wrong and i couldn’t breathe and i told them you guys always fight and then i couldn’t breathe i felt numb i kept crying and it went worst

I'm not even sure if this will work...I have terrible anxiety so when I have an attack deep breathing doesn't help and not just that but because of my anxiety it upsets my stomach.. And then it's like I have a monster in there it's so loud which makes me more anxious and then I have to go to the restroom.. Please telling I'm not the only one with this problem. =[

OMG this is exactly my problem too!!! I also have terrible anxiety... It's so hard to calm down.. Especially when it upsets my stomach! I used to vomit because I felt like it was the only thing that would make it feel better... But I've started a few medications, lorazepam is very helpful for anxiety attacks...

Well the with anxiety I can sure relate to you. But I have to believe there are others that have also experience this aswell. Maybe even taken on different manifestations like light headedness,dizziness and in your case some bowel issues .I have personally experienced real warm sensations through out my face and body.Aswell as tingleling sensations.But hopefully we both can eventually find some true relief .Best of luck to you

I know that after I get amped up on anger, I'll turn on myself and "make myself pay" for getting so angry. Personally, I was getting frustrated with the slowness of the video content as well.

Same experience, but after getting these bi-weekly death-related panic attacks for 4 years, they don't happen anymore. Eventually you learn to accept it and try your best to dismiss the prospect of eternal nothingness.

Thank you I struggle with implosive anger. Every day you can say whatever you want to or about me. I'll just laugh it off. I might even joke with you. Bad situations. Trama. Disrespect. It all just builds up over time. It's not like I hold on to these situations. But maybe my subconscious does.. Then just one little small remark or negative thing happens and all that built up rage just takes over. I've been explosive angry before but it always goes away after a short time. But this. it's like that's all I feel. The rush of endorphins. The focused anger. Its fuckin scary. Because at that state you know what your doing. You channel that rage into a more definitive manner. You almost know what your doing but you're still out of control. But it's a rage that's built up over multiple situations that angered you over a particular amount of time but you keep pushing it down and trying to suppress it. Like today. Found out my company has been fucking us all. They fire people for minor and stupid shit. Fine. They underplay us for the strenuous jobs we provide on a daily compared to other similar companies. Kinda fucked up but ok. Lose my bonus because of corvid. New hire gets paid more then me. Get a scumbag coworker that has pu ll with the company and bosses us around because of his family and their contributions to the company. Whatever. I'll just avoid him. Father decided to join a "church" that basically brainwashed him into becoming a full fledged follower and wont question their doctrine.. Ok I don't like this shit at all but he's finally found happiness. I should be happy for him. My one and only car I use to live starts to break down and show signs of severe engine damage. Possibly putting me out of getting to work and pissing off my corporate overlords and getting me canned because I'm "unreliable" It's ok I know cars I can fix this. It will take alot of work but I can do it. No big deal. Then. As of 45 minutes ago. The one and only good thing I had to look forward to today. A sandwich. A really good fuckin sandwich i bought earlier today that I made sure not to forget to take home. I placed it on the top counter on the far fuckin end. I went out for 5 goddamn minutes to diagnose my car. I come back and the dog decided to jump up there and eat it. Just went up there and took it. Ended up dropping my glasses on the ground looking to see if it was the container my food was in and one of the legs broke off. So now I cant even see. I just fuckin lost it.. I broke anything that I could. I yelled. I threw shit.. Everything just turned black. Over a goddamn sandwich.. I had my phone on me and just typed "how to deal with extreme rage" and it brought me here. The video didn't help too much. The breathing maybe the most. But typing out this comment has helped me so much more. I'm feeling pretty calm now. But I know I'm going to regret going back inside..
