I'm gonna have to show how this is really done well one day. The way u scored your metal and let your knife blade jab into the brake was amateur as f and if I was your boss the next one would get u a free trip home for good. The way you measured by floating your tape above and praying u had it right instead of hooking an end and adding each measurement, also making small thin marks to ensure accuracy. You should also pull your measurements from the most important side of the numbers and use the best edge of the coil stock. Also wouldn't hurt if if u folded all of your under/ inside and outside corners so u aren't depending on caulk and them you would only need minimal caulk. I could go on and on but I am the capmaster. So. Yw for a few tips
@joshbitner8713 u have your be humble to learn what I have and still be open to learn more. Also never had anyone work for me only with. Sorry if my attention to detail and clear speaking offends u ya dang softy.
Wrong. Soffit screws hav a large head and get in the way when u lap over your mitered corners. Pop rivets or nails hav a nice flat top and work much better. Yes it's harder but the correct and best way usually is huh
You cannot cap a window with clamps and 2x4s. That's capp. Lol. Not capping. Go rent a break or call around. Some siding distributors have brakes at their shops anyone can come in and use.
