I EDC a small fixed that came with a nylon sheath. I sewed a belt keeper to the sheath. Works great.

Well done video. Personally, I prefer to carry a small fixed blade scout carry, as it is by far the most comfortable unless you're reclining in a chair. It is not as quick to deploy but you can gain speed with practice and is really only needed if something goes wrong with pistol deployment anyway.

I carry my clinch pick from shiv works that way. Easy to draw since it’s a p’kal style. I bought a cancu c1140 from Amazon. I’m going to see if that one works with this style of carry too.

What knife are you using in the video? Most sheaths don't seem to have straps unfortunately.

I used to put my knife in the scout carry across my spine but now i dont have a 9 inch blade anymore so its a crocodile dundee style handle downwrds of my back machete type blade...

What make and model knife was that ?

I don't even carry a small fixed blade as a back up anymore. Now I literally don't give a shit and carry a Winkler Belt knife vertically on my hip. I guess I've just watched so many videos with all of these weird, small, conceal carry knives, that I'm just sick of the concept of using a sub 3 inch blade in a self defense scenario where a gun isn't an option. I say what ever is legal for you to carry, then carry that. But that is just my opinion, and about 20 years of being an infantryman in the Army to back it up. I also carry a concealed Backripper from Wingard Wearables down my pant leg, but that is a bit off topic.
