thank for the video please any one know the suitable injection timing (angle) for himsen 9H25/33 because its not mentioned in document and when we measure the angle for the other engine in site we find wide range (8 to 16 degree) ?
Sir maybe the cylinder head spindle gone.. check if your generator is hard to start.. before you start turn the flywheel check the indecator valve if there is an air.. if not your cylinderhead spindle is gone..

sir tingnan nyo po yung air vent ng lube oil sir.. baka barado.. yung talsik nya doom pumonta . or else purifier or blow by.. ilang taon na yung barko sir.. yung air vent sa sumptank ng generator sir
yes.. engine data or engine performance must always be follow..but this setuation i did not take a photo or vedio.. because im alone...and engine room is very hot.. may be nex time.. if other people not bc .. thank you for understanding

Sir, Mali po ang procedure nyo, ang bottom line po is base line po yun and yung upper line po yung timing line at mali po yung ikot ng flywheel dapat pataas at ndi po pababa.
@@marineengineerworks Ang rotation direction po ng DC-17a is clockwise at di po counter-clockwise, so pagkukuha ka po ng timing kelangan same rotation po ng makina. at yung bottom line po ay base line po yun at yung upper line po yon po ang position begin ng injection which is 11.5 degree BTDC sa engine flywheel.
Tama ka po boss.binasa ko po ang manual ngaun ang taas is the injection timing ung baba base line po basis po sya kapag nagtanggal ka ng fuel pump itapat dun sa base line.
Hi. Sorry to say but this video is absolutelly wrong. First of all you are not carrying out ANY timing. You just checked if pump is at the line in beggining of delivery. You shown you adjust 11,5 degree... but this is not true... Timing is adjusted according to upper line. And you are turning the engine in wrong direction and also showing wrong stroke, you checked all when piston was at BDC. All video is completely not good. Sorry. As a proove look at your video, you are showing each pump timing at the end. Fuel cams are in different position, but each one should be at the same if they are all 11,5 degree before TDC
Your comment is correct . As the principle and instruction mannual , the down line is assembly mark line and the top line is initial injection mark line . So all video is wrong way .
