This tutorial is ok to get the hang of it, which is really what you need. But to do a good one. You need a good cartwheel. The faster your swing your legs and get your arms to the floor the better it is for you in getting the flip. The twist is really straight forward since its just a half twist so just pull up and down diagonally to your left side if you twist left or right side if you twist right and then boom cartfull. Really the best way to learn is to try and this tutorial makes it less scary and easier to try.
Hi Lucas, that's more or less a 540 spin after you land the cartwheel. almost a 720. Just saying. :) Thanks & great job for your videos. I got a lot of tips from your videos, and I have succeeded learning & doing some of your tricks at age 35 now without any gymnastics or breakdancing background. All I need is to practice and to FOCUS! (of course keeping fit helps!) :)
ok is it me or is he not actually doing the full all the way, he's not getting fully vertical, it's more like a cart hypertwist. I'm not saying this in a mean way at all though, I love your channel and your super funny, but it doesn't look like your doing an actual full
i had cart full like this but fixed it by trying to be straight in the cart and trying to do it like u see the trickers do it and now they are amazing easy 720
Is the trick dangerous ? Because when it looks like our head is never under our body like in a backflip or a webster. So I don't think this move is dangerous ?

i have a problem, i do my cartwheel with my right foot first and placing my right hand first and then doing the cart wheel but when i try to do a full or a makaku i spin over my left shoulder any fix?
90% of the people in this comment section probably cant even do a basic cartwheel and r spewing trash from their mouths how they learned it in 3 minutes and stuff
burak aydin I landed it on the third time i tried the full move. The 360 spin exercise afterwards really helped me feel what i was supposed to do in the air. The tip i have is just remember to use the cartwheel for HEIGHT (remember to jump into it). If you have height then you will twist all the way and land on your feet properly.
He does it way to much like a b-twist, for the singular full you have to do an actual front half but 3/4 instead 1/2 and for dub you do it the same as the singular full
